I'm concerned about Bittrex. I don't doubt that Bittrex is good exchange.
Almost all people are trading on allcoin and etwings.
I think some reasons that Japanese does not use Bittrex.
Maker fee is 0%(Taker fee is 0.2%), etwings is good designed for day-trading.
Japanese does not have enough BTC for investment.(in Japan, Bitcoin price is 8% higher)
Allcoin is small exchange but support Monacoin for long time. They got a good reputation.

A crowdfunded English study camp for 4th-6th graders in Date-shi, Fukushima, accepting Monacoin.
At first, They were accepting Bitcoin and other payment methods.
Monacoin community started the plan for donation, and asked them to accept Monacoin.
