This is the most exciting yet technologically advanced project I have seen in a long time. I wish I could have a chance to go all-in for this. I will definitely take my chance to be a vaidator.

Mark my words on it. Aleph Zero will make history with this enormous transactional speeds & scalability potential at the same time.

u still bullish on azero?

Hell yes

Sampey, I've spoken with Richie at Bittrex (one of the founders) on their Slack chat server and he'd love for you to join so they can help discuss whatever it is that is causing the change from V1 to V3 to break CAT. They said there are no changes to API call limitations. Please send me your email in PM and I will get you invited to their chat.

IMPORTANT

Hi,

https://bittrex.github.io/guides/v3/upgrade

I've checked what is required to upgrade V1 to V3 and the new limit like

"The Bittrex API employs call limits on all endpoints to ensure the efficiency and availability of the platform for all customers. In general, API users are permitted to make a maximum of 60 API calls per minute. Calls after the limit will fail, with the limit resetting at the start of the next minute."

It's not acceptable for an intensive-api call software like CAT. CAT won't work with these limits.

Even without this limit, the total time needed for a complete refactor (read guide, write new code, test new single api, system test) it's not affordable for me at the moment.

To create less disappointment i will replace the Bittrex Api with a new Free One.
That offer is valid for CAT User who have a valid Bittrex Api and from the day Bittrex Api will stop works.

I've posted this information to Bittrex Slack chat so they're aware that they are killing a tried and true trading bot for their exchange. Any information yet about an exchange that will be added in place of Bittrex?

Mineable: Yes, but mining is closed to public.

Why the new ANN thread?

I didn't see anywhere about your distribution, yet you're listed on several exchanges. Did you do an ICO or private sale for some premine or some of the coins mined? Both? How much was raised?

Is there any public information about what % of the circulating supply the dev team still holds?

The concept is somewhat unique (there are still a few other storage blockchain projects) and has purpose, but I guess I'm not understanding why there is a coin associated with this project. What is the purpose of

Miner fee reduced to 2%.

For miner to be more stable do the following:

1. Stop your daemon
2. Clean your peers.dat and banlist.dat
3. Add oblivion seed nodes to your oblivion.conf file

addnode=35.226.209.23:6388
addnode=35.223.95.142:6388
addnode=35.224.88.175:6388

4. Restart daemon

Perfect thank you!

can someone please share a list of peers that they can connect to?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Oblivion Coin | PoW + PoS | New Algo on: June 11, 2020, 09:56:30 PM
4.5% pool fee seems a little steep, no?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Oblivion Coin | PoW + PoS | New Algo on: June 09, 2020, 02:31:20 AM
I don't do much mining any more but I always appreicate a new mining algo, so I'll stick around and jump on this one.

some markets only permit 3 decimal places (i.e. USDT/USD at Bittrex). Due to Buy/Sell Pool trying to place orders with more than 3 decimal places Bittrex API is returning this error:

Code:
2020-03-17 19:45:44| OCR : Try To Create new Order (From Pool) PING : SELL 5.00000000@1.00408999 (Dynamic)
2020-03-17 19:45:45| ******************************************************************************************
                     * Error : OCR : Create Order (From Pool) Error From Bittrex : RATE_PRECISION_NOT_ALLOWED *
                     ******************************************************************************************
2020-03-17 19:45:45| OCR : PING : SELL 5.00000000@1.00408999 (Dynamic) Order Creation Attempt Is Discarded

Any thoughts on how this can be remedied?

I'm using the exact same algo parameters on TUSD/USD and TUSD/USDT markets and don't get the error on those ones.

Here are the peers I'm currently connected to:
Code:

addr : "35.184.223.75:8388" ,
addr : "35.224.88.175:8388" ,

Worked thanks!

Is there any linux miner available, i see only Windows and Mac miners...  I dont mind building the miner from the source if you have it!

Thanks

Looks like they just uploaded the CPU miner for this: https://github.com/violettecoin/cpuminer-multi.

Is this coin still alive? Looking around for overlooked OG coins that still have a community lurking and a working blockchain. Might be able to get listed on an exchange -- no promises -- but needs to have some community AND a functioning network.  Please reply if you're interested.

probably best to just assume this one is dead.

Are there plans to add Vinex to C.A.T.? Would be pretty cool to see it included in C.A.T. All of their API documentation can be found here: https://docs.vinex.network/

CAT stopped loading my Bittrex balance today...Any idea on how to fix this?

Nevermind. Not sure why it didn't load. Restart fixed it.

Hey sure!  we are prepping up for trial run II. should be ready between 18h to 19h EST.

A fine gentleman (i forget his handle) suggested that we try out Discord. so here we are:

https://discord.gg/D8GfEQG

Come and chat with us, we love to talk crypto and have smart discussions about it.

And between Telegram and Discord, im not aware of the politics between them, so for now we will run with the two platforms and see which one the people "vote for", and go from there.

I will update soon with the trial update.

Looks interesting. I'll follow along and jump on testnet!

Can you drop an invite link to discord? The one I found seems to be expired. Thanks!

Also, not sure that I'm interested in building a GUI wallet for my main machine, would prefer to sandbox it in cli. Any idea when there will be code ready for https://github.com/Neuralium/Neuralium.Cli
