1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Automatic pattern recognition on: March 14, 2021, 01:27:41 PM
Hi everybody, can anybody suggest me a good platform for automatic pattern recognition?
Like able to spot falling wedges, ascending triangle etc.
There are plenty of like these but not sure if those common pattern can really be guaranteed for reference. I dont know but I always compare falling wedges situation and triangles for more chances of option before I execute such orders.

can you tell some names?

I would like to set a price where to sell, but INJ is in discovery price and I have no previous support/resistance etc. What to do?

You don't need to compare it with another altcoin that is similar to your coin. What you need to watch the chart when there's a big signal for the bearish trend and you may sell your coin and go out with your profit.
If you are seeing the future roadmap of INJ and that will give you a clue about how potential your portfolio is.
The comparison will make you feel confused. Just try to make sure if you are always in profit.

If you are on 600% ROI for your investment and you can try to set it to 500%. That's why you will always need to watch the market. This is my 2 cents.

What do you mean for "If you are on 600% ROI for your investment and you can try to set it to 500%" ?
Should I sell some to reach the 500% ROI of investment?

Hi all, I would like to understand how to calculate the potential of an altcoin in order to understand when it is a good time to sell it.
In my specific case for example I bought INJ in December and now the profit is about 600% .
Should I compare INJ to an existing well established similar altcoin (if they exists) to understand its potential?
I know I should set in advance a price when starting to sell, but this could be 100%, 200% etc of profit but which to choose?

Thank you.

~
how then works if built on Ethereum blockchain?
Ethereum are mined but tokens built on top of its blockchain like YLD cannot.

Earning here is similar to letting your money sit in a bank and earn interest or depositing in an investment fund then letting the fund managers do the work. The difference is that it's supposed to be decentralized and the yield is higher.

How yield token are created?

You can research here https://www.yield.app
I was interested to study the block structure of the token YIELD APP. Block reward, block mined etc.
But as i know, YLD was token which built on Ethereum blockchain, so its no block reward, block mined, etc

Thanks for the infos, how then works if built on Ethereum blockchain?

Let's say I am an holder (min 3 month).  The altcoin I found are not listed in famous one like Binance. They have really low market cup: 100k.
At the moment I am just seeing them on Coinmarketcup and would like to start selecting them by the exchange they are listed.
So I would like to understand if the exchanges are good or not.
How should I interpret the volume and liquidity values for the exchanges?

Hi all, I am newbie in Altcoin purchasing and I would like to understand how to choose a good exchange for coin with lowcap.
What should be a good volume for the exchange? I see exchanges like Mercatox, Hotbit, Probit etc.

How to choose?
