Last January I contacted Michael Roland from Bitcoop.org about renting Litecoin miners and agreed on renting 4 2000 Kh/s miners to mine Litecoin for 2 years. We made a contract which states I am entitled to the full output of these 4 leases, in total 8000 Kh/s which is approx. 50 LTC per month.
 
I have only received my LTC for February and nothing until now despite me sending him several urgent reminders.

As you can see I am very p****d off with this guy and will use all options to get paid.

If you get me my money, I am willing to pay you 15% of *all the LTC* I am entitled to receive from this guy. So, if you are a bounty hunter, debt collector, private investigator,  (US) lawyer or otherwise and help me get the money I will pay you 15%!
I am open to any good advice, tips or ways to get this settled.

Directly after the start his response to mails was really slow to non-existent. I asked him about the status of my miners the first week of February and he did not even bother to reply. March 4 I asked him about the payment of the first month which should have been in on the first of March (by contract) and it took him another 10 days to finally process the payment!

Now, it's April 17 and I have yet to receive my March LTC payment after sending him 5 reminder mails already. This is starting to look like a big mining scam and needless to say I have started to contact California lawyers to find a good one who will get my money back plus damages.

Does anyone else have experience with this guy, I look forward to working together on taking this scammer down.

I have been researching the bitcoin market for a while now and am considering setting up a new business to facilitate people buying bitcoins instantly, simply by using their creditcard. There are risks obviously concerning potential chargebacks, fraud / the use of stolen creditcards, but I'm very curious if you guys think there is a way to make it a profitable business? Anyone here with suggestions / remarks? Are there any crucial deal brakers which I am missing?

I think it will definitely help grow the bitcoin market and reputation if there is a company offering a simple method to buy bitcoins by using a creditcard as if you were on any e-commerce site buying electronics or shoes.
