Get the money as loan with high fees, because i tought that "Second week of March" is not so away...now i want to hit my head in the table, but its too late.

March passed, April come...had some letters with Kerim i think - he said its ok, we work, we are pressed, we...

...than later on i start to ask for refund. Fill the letter with the refund info and from 20.05 i wait my refund...

After 20.06 i start to ask what happen, because every month i pay the fkin fees of the loan - no answer. Mail after mail - NOONE...

Than today i saw a "nice" offer:

Its ok, but when i send the money - there was other TERMS. Acorrding to the terms then i get the loan. With the terms NOW till Octomber i will pay and pay fees and...in short words. Ive never, ever, ever want to hear the word Bitcoin in my life. Also hope never to deal with Swiss Companyes. If this was happen in my country - till now there someone should be death.

I DONT want their hardware anymore, also i dont want service that will HELP me to pay the fees i want the money back to TURN the LOAN. This they cant and dont want to understand.

Ok, may be i am too emotional at the moment. One of the reasons is that i wait my forth kid in November. I need any money fo then but i cant save a shit because of the fees. Yeah I am pretty in mind that this is not problem of Bitmine, but mine. But they dont even read my emails, threat all of us as some kinda animals with standart replayes and always put the point how they are "pressed", "bussy" and so on. Yes but I, we are in the same situation everyone of us, because of their marketing plans and true lies.

The only thing that i can do now, and that left to be done is to write tons of emails to the places that you all recommend in the posts. Also thanks to zadehmehdi for the post. Till now i dont did it, because i believed that Bitmine will bet on their responsabilities according to their terms at the moment that deal was made. Now i see that will be more easy to recieve letter from my death Grandfather.

As i said i will writte to everywhere that you recommend, together will that will try in my freetime to register and share my experience in every forum connected somehow with Bitcoin. I dont want ANYONE to come in my situation. If everyone writte about this in lots of forums there will be good SEO for Bitime - Coincraft - Lies, and i believe they will be not able to lie people anymore.

Bitmine guys miss something very important. Some people get loans to can "buy" their stuff. In fact those people recieve nothing - even refund till now. The only things that they recieve are:

1. fees for the loan that they pay, and pay...and till wait the refund on the end.
2. depression and lack of sleeping
3. hate wich become stronger every night and morning when one check his email

Dear guys and gals from Bitmine - this you miss alot. Lot of people suffer because of your totally incompetent marketing and planning (if youre company, i start to doubt in that) or because your lies and cheating (if youre not a company but bunch of scammers, wich i and may be not i only believe more day after day).

I have answer of my refund appeal, and it sound like this (published down). Later on ill post and my answer to them.

I wrote them March 10, 2014 with question do everything is ok, and what they expected. Also do they plan any delays. Answer still not come to me. If there is answer now it will be something as: we had not enough power supplys; the soldering paste was bad, we resolder units now; and lots of bla blahs, with only one value - to cover awful marketing and to win some time in wich other "customers" to be lied. In short - words with no value.

Every customer pre paid his unit and did calculation what will be the hardware value of the unit in the time of delievery. Not 71 days after that. So I was ok, to prepay some GHashs in this conditions. After 71 days the same Gh are not the same power that I prepaid for.

I know that for anyone will be hard alone to trail Bitmine, but what about cooperative trail against them? Everyone who think he can be involved in this can write his opinion.

Thanks for the info mate! Ill apply and this info in Monday. As I said I don't have any info why and when. Last message from Bitmine is one day after I send them the money. And till then - nothing. From you I understand for this protection plan or whatever... I am sorry that I must tell it again but this company are nothing more than cheat organisation. In May this machine will be useless.

What you mean with 71 day from delivery term? I was thought its 71 days from the paymant date? Anyway I send them the following letter I don't believe they will ever respond to it. You say "customer protection plan" I can't see and i dont have information that I am in some plan like this. I wrote letter in April where I kindly ask do everything is ok till now I don't have response. The sad truth for me is that this company is nothing more than cheat organisation and I really don't believe that ill have any Coincraft for them, also I think that the only way to get my money back will be needed to speak with lawyers in Monday and to take the needed actions.
