Hi, I purchased 5 pre-owned units, it will be here in a little under a week, however I was wondering as the units are pre-owned, does it include the necessary power cord or do I have to buy new cords?

These do not come with the power cables, you will have to buy them separately, we suggest websites such as amazon.com or monoprice.com |

We are not sending these units internationally because we have had numerous problems with shipping internationally, we are only shipping within the United States. I'm not sure where Holland comes into question, but we are not shipping to any international customers unfortunately so anyone outside of the US cannot get one. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, but you can read of our credibility on various websites, and numerous customers, sorry that we are unable to ship to you. |

I heard these models were loud. Is there a way to make them quiet without compromising heat? Changing fans? Etc? Also, what are the watts at the wall?
These units are indeed loud, we have not experimented with any aftermarket fans or any other cooling methods as this would compromise the units lifespan so I would be unable to help you with the noise level. They pull about 1380 +- 10% from the wall. Why cant you ship to germany?
We are having issues with international shipping of these items so we are keeping them domestic only, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. |

I ordered 2 units to the UK. I completed the whole process including putting my UK address in for shipping and nowhere did it say anything about domestic shipping only. Can you please send my bitcoins back asap.

How are you sending "NEW" units to people if they are not being produced anymore?
do you have a stock of "NEW" units lying around your office?

$50 more for a "NEW" unit over a used one....seems fishy to me.
It's exactly as you say, they were sent to a datacenter that wasn't ready for them and we picked them up and they were never used. We're just trying to give you guys the best possible price to be completely honest, we just want to try and help out our customers like we always have. I was afraid of that. When I first dealt with you guys back when gridseeds came out you were top notch on shipping however several months ago I bought a Zeus miner from you guys after calling and getting a coupon code to reduce the shipping down to $100 from $200  the label was created the next day and the miner sat in your possession for 10 DAYS before the label was ever scanned for departure. Called and left a few voice mails for Bob I think it was and never got a call back. As far as I can tell you guys just kept on mining with it, or it was never in your possession to begin with as it seems the above posts indicate. I guess when you get the great deal of half price shipping it negates the advertised next day shipping.  Sorry to hear about the Zeus miner, we don't mine with any of the units we get, we are strictly a distributor. If you are still interested in the Antminer S4's please send me a private message and see if we can't hash something out due to the problems you had with shipping in the past. |

There is a DOA exchange policy and a 14 day exchange policy for defective units, we will usually extend this to 30 days depending on circumstances (usually always) but if you read the terms before you check out that you have to agree to you will get all that information, that information can also be found here: http://zoomhash.com/pages/returnsLike I said 14 days (we usually give the courtesy of 30 days instead just ask nicely haha). But there are absolutely no returns on these units please keep that in mind when buying. |

Where are these shipping from in the US? Also, could you please answer my question about the batch & power supplies?
Hello, sorry I didn't intentionally ignore your post just happened to skip over it. We are shipping these units from the West coast of the United States. I am unsure which batch they are but it is the batch without the problematic power supply so anything after 1 I believe, I will have to check if you want a specific batch number but I believe it is a hodgepodge of different batches. |

I was going to buy one too till I saw the shipping. $100 is insane. I just shipped an S2 from NY to LA for under $50.

There is a user asking people to commit fraud by doing chargebacks and keeping the items. BTW everything that is described on the thread was never substantiated and most are lies.
So my question is. Who would be so low to spread FUD like this? Waiting for this new point system to come as I am looking to spend some more on another gridseed blade. I am up to 58,000 plus points which means over 5,800usd spent with you. You have been a good reseller of gridseeds.
