Casino's UI looks good, for a new casino I think you just focus on advertising or promotions in this forum, that would easily introduce your casino to thousands of people who are actively visiting the forum. Well, it was a fun ride to be honest... Only because they let their users play on a bugged game, they cancel their withdrawal requests after and accuse them of exploiting a bug on purpose when it's THEIR fucking fault to publish a buggy game to the public in the first place. I had no clue the game was bugged and being updated at the moment of playing it.. So, accusing me of abusing/exploiting a bug on PURPOSE is just bullshit! I got pretty lucky hitting 4k x and 14.8k multiplier as can be seen on the screenshot below.  I could use the money for my father who has 3 bypasses but nope They wiped $900 off of my account Stop accusing users of exploiting a bug when they have no fucking clue that the game is being buggy and being updated at the moment. I got kicked out of their discord, the support/owners blocked me... great, just great! We have already discussed this with you for hours, you played a game that was previously disabled due to a bug during the update for it. Towers was not showing mines when you went through the game. Yes, you did exploit it knowingly because after you did it one time, you did it 5-10 more times in the few minutes it took for us to update the game. Lastly, you never made a deposit so we didn’t forfeit your deposit or anything. We gave you 400 TRX for the issue when you had 2 TRX before you used this bug. That's why one should test their things before fucking publishing them to the public And for the 400 TRX.... I had 17,900 TRX in my balance, I made a withdrawal of 17,500 TRX that left me with 400 TRX. Couple minutes after that, my withdrawal request was deleted, I created a support ticket in your Discord server and Tangot or whatever his name is told me that he will add 100 TRX to my account, that would've made my total balance to 500 TRX I could withdraw, but I got nothing.. hours after that, my balance was still at 400 TRX He just closed the fucking support ticket without a fucking response after I asked him about that... And kicking users out of your discord because of your fucking mistakes is fucking childish man, that's not how a business that wants to gain trust should operate. Unblock me on Discord and send me the 17,500 TRX I wanted to withdraw and support my heartsick father with! You know what? Just keep 2,500 TRX and send me 15,000. Message me on Discord for the wallet address! Cento, we explained to everyone on our Discord that we would not tolerate bug abusers. Unfortunatly with this forum we can't get help from a mod to clear this slander/blackmail but that's all this is. You were banned from the Discord because you started saying rude/awful things to Tangot. |

It was fixed. The only bugs we have had benefit the player greatly. We have had many deposits and withdrawals already and many happy customers along with them.
The point is not to make the customer happy. What's the bug you are talking about? If this bug was also contained game bug and everyone who uses that bugs win the bets by using the bug the worst thing they can withdrawl that fund. That's kinda scary from my perspective, you want to know why? because the wallets contain other people money too if everyone using that bug and they all successfully make a withdrawal + the wallets have drained out. How we can make sure the customer fund was safe for this case and when the case wallets has runs out fund because the bug how you can guarantee replace the customer money because some the bug accident. Well, just want to put my 2 cent. The customers funds were never at risk. We are manually making withdrawals for TRX (our faucet, promo code money) due to the large amount of fraud we have been facing. Some users are creating 20+ accounts to claim promo codes |

Op, I think that overall your casino looks fine, but I don't see anything special here, something that would make people choose this casino over those which are already reputable and established.
Also, I think you didn't mention an option of playing for free which I used on the website (and now I'm thinking it's maybe not supposed to work). I just chose 'coinflip' and started choosing the color. At first, it gave a notification that I need to log in to play for real, but then I was able to keep playing, basically. Or is it done on purpose as a demo mode?
And speaking of reputation, please sort out cento96's claim because such accusations are not good for your casino's reputation...

The platform is easy to register, I really must say that I agree with the previous comments that its environment is very similar to that of stake.com, I do not blame them because it is a very friendly and easy to understand environment, regarding the games I tried some and they have high probability of profit, of course I tried them in demo mode, I imagine that with real money it is something else.
When you talk about streaming, is it through Discord? for you?

IMO, this is was a critical point your casino still not ready for all of the high rollers, and with your response seeing this from prospective customer will really scare when someone uses an important bug to win big and drain the wallets make the balance out of fund so other players who have real balance will lose if you cannot guarantee the security. Better, to close the casino first until all the bug was fixed. It was fixed. The only bugs we have had benefit the player greatly. This website looks somehow suspicious to me and appears to have exact same games like on other betting websites, and I searched and couldn't find any license information.
There is no links for any social media or email support except maybe discord group with 92 members that can deleted at any time, and VKontake in register login page, indicating that website is made by Russians.
I would not trust it sending my coins for now and I want to see some explanation from their team.

Yes as of right now the earn section will show different offers based on Geo. We will add more providers in the coming weeks that offer higher payouts for users not just in US/CA/UK But you will still be able to claim the Trivia questions in chat, collect rain, and daily promo codes from our Discord. I am afraid that bugs happen in the other games such as Blackjack, Tower, and CoinFlip because I see that zero payouts. Or maybe that person loses, so he can not get any payment, but I do not know about that. I see this image:  Is that normal? Because I think that I do not have a problem with my connection now.
