I just wanted to swap approximatly 1 BTC to XMR but the result message was "Maximum transfer amount for XMR is 0.18....."

Could you please stock up on your XMR reserves so that swapping from BTC to XMR is possible again?

Thanks for your quick response. I really like the signed letters of guarantee from cryptomixer because the include all details of the trade (funding wallet and recipient wallet). Maybe you want to implement yours similar like that. That would be great.


How long do you think will it take until this new feature will be available on you website?

In the meantime I will continue to screen record the whole exchange process, however I don't like that very much and would really prefer signed LoG.

I am wondering why nobody is writing a review for this exchanger. I have used it four times now always with 4 digit sums to exchange from BTC to another Crypto and it worked fine.

I am planning to use them more often in the future, however what I am missing somehow is some kind of signed letter of guarantee. For the unlikely case that I do not receive my exchanged funds back, how could I then proof that I have sent the funds to their correct wallet and that my recipient wallet did not get anything back fom them?

@exch.cc: Are you planning to provide signed letters of guarantee in the future or how would such an unlikely case be solved, I mean: how could I provide proof in the unlikely case of a dispute?

Today, approx. 2 weeks after I emailed and PMed them, I received a full refund for the loss into one of my source wallets!

Before I read this thread yesterday I started mixing approx 10K USD BTC on their Onion URL. I received the mixed BTC today. The Onion URL works and I received a LoG with the original signing BTC address.

My loss from February (also approx 10K USD) has not yet been refunded but I had confirmed the BTC source wallets via email to the Support Team so I hope the refund is only a matter of time.

To all of you who need mixing urgently - download TorBrowser and use the Onion URL!

Before mixing you should do two things:

1) Check if the letter of guarantee contains the original signing bitcoin address of [banned mixer], which is 1CrypMixXWtTjYGCM5ZJmyQYP1Y39P7aLM

2) Verify the signed message (you can for example use this tool for the verification: https://tools.bitcoin.com/verify-message/)

Are you 100% sure, that you had used [banned mixer] and NOT cryptomixer.com (fake clone)?
If yes, and as the clearnet URL of [banned mixer] went offline this morning again, this might indicate that there is again a traffic attack on the clearnet domain. But that's only my assumption.

I had mixed larger amounts of 0.2xx in the last weeks successfully on the Onion URL of [banned mixer] and the support team had also contacted me concerning a refund for a payment which I had lost in the beginning of February. However I have not yet received the refund back.
