Yep, seems I may have lost them forever.  I don't think Bitcoin is for us forgetful folks!

Thanks for all the replies, and so soon. However, I now feel a complete twerp as I gave you all duff info! I actually purchased the Bitcoins from 'Coinify', but my wallet is with 'Blockchain.com', and it is them whom I am having problems logging on to, as they do not send a password reminder, and are instead asking me for my '12 word Secret Private Key Recovery Phrase'!!! Well, if I can't remember my password, I'm definitely not remembering that!

They give me one other option; to reset my '2FA device'. No idea what that does, but have sent a request anyway, and await a response and see what happens. They say it could take up to 2 weeks. What a palava!

I purchased some Bitcoin some 5 or so years ago and recently thought I would see if I had made any money! So I attempted to log in to my Coinify online wallet and found I have forgotten my log-in credentials. No matter what I try I can not remember my password. And Coinify do you send you a reminder. However, I have my 34 combination key, and also a 32 combination wallet ID. Have I lost them, or am I able to retrieve them somehow with these keys without recourse to logging into Coinify?
