With a market cap of only $500k this coin is stupidly undervalued. Have been trying to buy for the past few hours with difficulty. Oh well got some a bit more than the price I had in mind. But I have a feeling this will boom soon.

There is a lot of talk on reopening our old thread on irc and blkfeed .. I think its a good idea and in the past, it was proposed on multiple occasions here
That would be brilliant. You can still keep this one open too, but a lot of people searching blackcoin and going to the first forum and seeing it closed would raise a red flag. Just my 2c.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with your mindset.
While it's great to have major announcements on the blkfeed, you are diminishing your audience by not also posting those major announcements here in conjunction and taking this forum as seriously as any other advertising medium. After all altcoin enthusiasts are all over this board.
Your biggest mistake would be to disregard the largest forum for bitcoin and altcoins alike.
Sure there are childish posts and FUD and the usual rubbish on here but you have to take the good with the bad.
I know I have been doing this for 10 years with various large forums in my home country and on a professional level. You get idiots on there and people with an obvious agenda, most intelligent people see right through that. And I'm going to take a stab that there are a LOT of intelligent people on here.
If no one else wants to do it, fine i'll take time out of my day to do it. I can scour the blkfeed and reddit looking for any announcements that have failed to find their way here. It would just be blind sighted not to. But let me reiterate that simply ignoring one of the biggest gatherings of like minded individuals is just plainly stupid.
BLKfeed is great and it can and eventually replace the need for having to use BCT, but that could be a very long way away.
Using BLKfeed is great for preaching to the choir of your existing investors, and it may pick up a few new ones on the way, but THIS is the place to get people to go there and to invest in BC.

While blkfeed.com is great, it is really important to keep posting in here also. It is great exposure if anything else. You need more exposure and simply not replying in here is going to mean new investors don't see this at all.

Now THIS is a historical moment. Well done! I just put in a trade for the hell of it.

I find it very interesting how such a small amount of BTC can influence the price, when there is such little movement.
Yesterday I set my buy order to 9100 Satoshi for ~4.5btc. It JUST hit that trade a few hours ago you can see on the graph then BOOM it went to just under 11,000 Satoshi.
Yeah I'm disappointed with the current price especially considering the amount of coin I have. But hey I wouldn't have bought more if I didn't think this was going places.
I didn't actually expect my buy order to go through, so am pleasantly surprised. And I think for the first time in a while I have actually bought in at a good position.

FYI <Gritt-N-Auld> Hey guys heads up <Gritt-N-Auld> Bittrex is still going forward with the BC pairings <Gritt-N-Auld> And will be doing an announcement. This makes me want to buy more BC......... Off i go to buy more BC. Would be nice if some of the big PC stores here in Aus would accept BC. Or any store in Aus really We are integrating both BC and BTC to our store at the moment. There is some updates to do to our site before that can go live. Maybe not quite what you were after, but we are Australia's largest custom notebook system builder.

Until then it's the same as investing in a startup company in a VC capacity... it can easily be years of consistent losses. Then one day you wake up and you own 2-3% of Facebook, Apple, Cisco, etc... and suddenly those years of losing hundreds of thousands don't really seem to matter at all in the face of your 'free' millions. That has to be the best analogy I have heard and is absolutely true. A lot of people out there think that one coin will make them a millionaire. Sure it can happen, but do you think that VC put all their $ into one startup? No way, they hedge it over many many small startups. I am the same with crypto, I have only maybe 6 coins or so that I am interested in and that show promise and am hedging any losses with potential gains from others. All things being equal I have to agree with 7000years on the transparency issue. Yes I appreciate the stuff on github that is great. But if you would like continual marginal increase in both new investors and a steady growth rate we need to have consistent project announcements with some sort of ETA. Otherwise the project will look dead in the water.

I was mining there but have not received payment yet (2.5 days or so later) have u been receiving payouts? On this pool for 2 days. No payouts yet. The mining page has said this from the start: "FIRST PAYOUT IN ~2 DAYS AND 2 HOURS!" I guess we find out tomorrow. Also mining at this pool for Arkenstone. Waiting for a payout. Also my reported hashrate is not showing correctly on their end. I have 4th pointed to it and it's only showing about 1.2. Not sure if this is an error on their API or they aren't setting the difficulty properly to fully utilize SHA-256.
