i send it with blockchain not over electrum.

I am aware of that. That's why I suggested restoring your wallet using your recovery seed.

i enter my blockchain info seeds to electrum but i dont have the choice the RBF..

Are you referring to "Bump fee" under the context menu when you right-click on that transaction? You won't be able to reverse that transaction using that feature anyway. I was not sure if your blockchain.info wallet marked that transaction as replaceable, so that's why I suggested checking it on a block explorer in my post above before giving you any further instructions.

If your transaction is marked as replaceable then you could restore your recovery seed in Electrum and use it to create a transaction spending the same inputs. Paste your transaction id into this block explorer and see if "Replace-by-fee (RBF) enabled?" is equal to "YES". If it says 'NO" then there is nothing you can do.

Unfortunately I sent 0.5 BTC to a wrong wallet via Blockchain.info!
