This is a more recent chat I had after being blocked. Apparently the game does not work the way they want it to work. I'll be clear right away, I've never taken any bonuses or free spins. That's why the part with "game abuse" doesn't make sense at all. They even display my winnings below the game. The mail still hasn't been answered. I will wait a little longer and create a topic in the Scam Accusations section. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.   UPDATE: Eddie contacted me and asked for KYC verification. I could not do this as my account is still disabled. I explained this in the support chat and they told me that I can send my documents directly to compliance@stake.com, which I did. Per our Terms of Service which you accepted upon registration of your account, we have the right to ask customers for KYC documents. Your account will remain frozen until you comply with that request no matter what you are writing online. Regards, Stake" KYC, KYC, blah blah blah, you accepted our TOS, KYC, KYC....there a lot of people who did this KYC and everything stake required of them , and in the end they didn't unblock anything, they stole money, collected personal data and continued to ignore. |

newbie account with 1 single post claiming that you have been compromised by stake? I believe other people will not believe this claims if you cannot show some good proofs about what you have said here and also if you think you encounter that issue and been compromised by them better go on scam accusation section and post a relevant thread about your issue about them.
If you cannot provide any of that we will think that you are just trolling here.
There has been a constant attack on stake lately, I guess it is a bit about how stake grew way too big very quickly for the recent year and considering people have been gambling more and more lately (combining a lot more people in crypto due to the increase in price and a lot of people bored right now at home because of covid) and that is why the opponents are probably sending people to spread hate towards stake in order to make people stop gambling here, with a mix of people who are newbies and idiots who do not know how casinos work come here and they make sure they say bad stuff about stake even if they just straight up lost money here. At the end of the day stake was already big, and grew even bigger, which is why we knew that these kinds of things would happen, even the biggest companies in the world have haters (I hate apple for example) so it is not really that shocking. There are 2 options, 1. you are one of them 2. you are mentally retarded If you are one of them, I hope you will go to jail for a long time, if you are mentally retarded, my condolences, try all methods to get well and don't give up. |

How do you justify the fact that our own mods have said that multi-accounts are allowed. I see a lot of people play with alts. And then you guys go ahead stop withdrawals, and hiding behind the kyc thing.
You guys should tell the person why their funds are blocked exactly, instead of giving vague reason of having an alt.
Though I haven't had any issues with stake when making withdrawals of over 1000s$... But this doesn't look right to me.
Stake has always said they don't hold balance hostage. And, in this case it seems like you guys are. No matter what the amount is.

When people make shit up online about casinos to pressure the casino to give them money (whether they're entitled to the money or not) all they're doing is helping the shady casinos and hurting themselves, other players, and honest casinos like stake. I feel really bad for the sites which are accused of scamming their customers 'even after serving their best to them.' Before accusing Stake, did the accuser try to contact Stake directly on this matter? They can be accused for not replying if they were sent a request to look into this at first. But looks like he did not go the right way and chose to harm Stake's reputation by accusing them.
He already contacted stake's support. They told him if he can't withdraw his balance because of multi accounts. While he defend he never has any alt accounts. That's why he asks on this thread for help. No, they sent him to the Integrity team to verify couple of things and he doesn't want to do it. So the stop here is because he doesn't want to cooperate. "...because he doesn't want to cooperate". I asked them to introduce themselves and explain why my balance is blocked, why do they accuse me of multi-account? Proofs please! You are talking about a site that gave away millions as wins a few weeks ago and you are accusing them of taking $22  . So there is a clarity on who is stupid to accuse a reputed site  . If you are having a genuine issue you can contact the support team and they will guide you and respond to your queries and will sort your piss amount withdrawal . Anonymous people blocked my balance, ignored me, accused me without proof (one account, I logged in with one IP, and made all deposits from my personal binance wallet) and they will require my personal data?? Pure scam.

It's tough to take you seriously to be honest. Stake does not have a history of freezing funds or abusing KYC requests and you've demonstrated you're willing to lie in order to make them look bad. If you're innocent, share the whole story - including the parts that don't look good for you, like why they asked you for documents or why you think they asked you for documents. Stake will not tarnish their reputation just because of small amount.
I don't think stake team is not looking at his case as they are pretty much active with response to their players.
They are one of the established casinos here and I don't believe they will just ignore his case without basis.
I have the feeling that he knows what he violated and he is just in denial stage here.

You make a deposit and play several times then ask for a withdrawal, is this what you do? If yes, I believe your account will be deleted from stake.com because this is considered against the rules at stake.com it could also indicate money laundering even if the amount is under $100 , so after making a deposit you should play at least 1x the total deposit. I don't think stake will ruin their reputation with this simple problem. As far as I know, their chat support is very fast in responding to their players. Maybe try contacting the chat support and not email. Stake is one of the established casinos here so I don't agree that they have zero reputation. I don't think they will act without basis. I hope you can still resolve your problem with them. Chat "support" gave me email. Those from email ignored for 2 days. Oh, man. You dont know me , and you don't know who are these scammers from stake if you really trust them. Of course i'm sure i didn't violated any rule. I did 3 depos and busted. When i did the fourth (0.1 ltc) i played some dice and did some bets on NBA, i found out that my balance is frozen. At this moment i have on balance 0.11ltc (enough for withdrawal). You wanted to play at this casino and you agree with their T&C which is very similar to other crypto gambling sites. So now, they are requesting verification due to the suspiciousness of your account, so if you do not cooperate with their request your problem will not be solved. With the size of the income of such a casino do you think it can afford to scam it for only $ 22? Incredibly, they will not destroy their reputation that way. I said ok, first introduce yourself, send me your personal data and what is your function in the company. They answered - we are the stake team. Perfectly!
