of the initial wallet which actually had a 2fa. so, i used the 2fa seed and recovered my initial wallet disabling 2fa...

If  you previously made a lot of transactions you fund might be allocated on addresses which are beyond default gap limit  equals to 20. When you restore Electrum from  SEED those addresses are not shown. To see them you need to increase the gap limit. Read an instruction from ^{official documentation} how to do this.

less than 20 transactions

i used block explorer to check and the funds are there.
i also checked for the clipboard hijacker - no such malware on my device - addresses are correctly pasted
i did not restore my initial wallet i created a new one using my seed

is it possible to restore my initial wallet? i thought it is not.

should i use a different wallet maybe?
which one would you recommend?

i uninstalled and reinstalled from the electrum website and verified using the gpg key
still nothing
i can see my funds on the block explorer - address starts with '3'
on the new wallet the addresses start with '1' and i can not see my address at all
i have not altered my seed phrase in any way
...

i made a new wallet using my seed
 green button is on
 i checked with the address and the funds are there.
how can i proceed to have them appearing in my wallet??
