"Mprep is saying their announcement channel had an announcement offering incentives to post at the time the ban was initiated."

It is not true.  All posts asking to come to BTT were well before the 30 day ban.  As I stated I was made aware and then told everyone there would be no more bonuses for posting on BTT.  I then stopped airdrops on here and no longer honored them.  A week or so later the 30 day ban hit.  Now I am here just waiting it out after being told over and over again that "Its my fault.  I deserve it.  etc..."

I will not support or ask for airdrops or wallets on BTT ever again.  I will make sure all rules are followed.

I already apologized, I already stated that it was a mistake.  Why keep going on and on?  I will wait it out.

Mprep and suchmoon are two of the biggest losers on this forum.  Mprep and suchmoon are both involved with incentivized positing... look at their signatures LOL! *sigh*

It's just a shame Mprep has any authority at all here.  Thank god suchmoon is just a nobody, so I guess I should just count my blessings. Cheesy

Ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt you from them.

You should have hired Mprep for his "Bitcointalk Consulting Service". Cause that isn't sketchy at all.... Tongue!  If you would have paid him, he could have pointed out your mistake and helped you avoid the ban he was going to give you.

Imagine hiring a police officer to tell you "o you can't do that" rather than throw you in jail for 30 days! Pretty handy service!

I wouldn't lose any sleep over them and keep on keeping on.

Good luck with your project and I hope to see you on FOX or CNN someday!

Honestly man, I did an honest hiccup, a mistake and they hung me for it with ZERO mercy.  Sucks so bad because now I have to wait 4 weeks for Coingecko.  I forgive everyone involved and will just wait it out.

I used to work as an I.T. Admin at a University.  It was an amazing job and it started off great.  The only thing was, the lady that worked with me.  We worked in the SERVICE of others and were expected to listen to our users and implement solutions.  I was always helpful and people loved me for it.  Carla on the other hand was not.  Whenever presented with a problem, issue or request it was bonkers how she would respond.  She was the antithesis of Help and I.T..  She would talk down to the users, say NO to their requests with some 'Technical' reason and just was the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered.  It was so shocking to me I did not understand how she could be that way.  It was always, "No, It's your fault, or Sorry can't help you."  It was literally never YES, or pleasant for the end users.  She would spend 2 hrs composing an email to bash an idea or project and one time, REASONS why we should not use Space Heaters in the office per University policy.  It was horrendous working with her.

Today I am seeing this same thing.  Nothing I did was intentional or with any wrong doing in mind.  Our ANN was read like 1,500 times?  It was nothing.  I already explained that I was unaware of said rules regardless of were they were posted.  For the most part I always try to be positive and don't like to argue or fight with people.  I will simply stay pleasant.  After I was told NOT to do this I did tell people on the ANN not to expect anything or bonuses for posting on here.  Perhaps my wording was not to your liking and you just don't care.  I understand that.  That's what you guys want to do.

But looking for reasons, including going to my discord to find an announcement to come post here etc, is the same thing Carla did.  Just not wanting to listen or help the end user. (me)   Had I known how strict this place was believe me, this would not have happened.  But you guys are something else, you attack, accuse me of scamming or doing nefarious things and NONE of that is true.

I simply admit that I made a mistake and I tried to fix it BEFORE you guys banned me for 30 days unexpectedly.  There was NEVER any ill will.  I am sorry for that mistake and misunderstanding.

Given the previous responses I don't expect anything different and it saddens me a bit.  But I also get where you are coming from given the nature of Bitcointalk and legit scams taking place everyday.   I just think blindly accusing people is not right.  Again, thank you for your time.  I am sorry that we initially asked for users to post wallet addresses on here and it will never happen again.

Have a good night.

No offense, but I'm not customer support, IT admin or your personal concierge. I'm a forum moderator and my job is to keep the forum tidy as per the policies laid out by Bitcointalk's administration. While I can understand and often take a much more lenient view towards other rule offenses (everyone makes mistakes), on-forum altcoin giveaways have (AFAIK) historically been the second largest contributor to spam in the altcoin sections (right behind the other source of incentivized posting - signature campaigns; the forum administration hasn't prohibited those though), which is why I have a zero tolerance policy towards such campaigns. As an altcoin section mod, I've heard numerous excuses of how someone running an altcoin giveaway "didn't know" despite warnings plastered all across the board but after the 100*n'th time, these excuses fall on deaf ears.

Thank you for that, I will wait to see what happens or wait it out.  Have a good day guys.

Also please please ALL OF YOU go to the BitcoinTalk Forum and post a comment, question, anything to help move the ANN up on the list. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5313507.msg56268307#msg56268307  Do it daily:    Thank you!

If you POST on Bitcoin talk and then PM me I will send a 10 WSBC Bounty for your contribution.  (This Weekend only)  Thank you.

The message was present at the time of the ban. Your thread will not be restored and your ban will not be lifted or its duration reduced, at least not by me.

This was before I knew I could not do that.  I then publicly posted on the BTT Forum NOT to Post coin wallets and that there would be no rewards for doing so.  I then ceased doing so on Discord as well.  Again, before I was aware of such a rule.

Thank you.
Ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt you from them. Especially when posting in a board that not only has a link to the list of rules stickied at the top of it but has that specific rule stickied... twice. As I've said in my previous post, I don't intend to restore your topic or reduce the duration of your ban.

Cheer up man, I wish the best on everyone, even you guys hating. Take care.

The problem is you're trying to personally capitalize on a pre-existing idea that has no real central leadership, and the concept of transforming it into a cryptocurrency has already been ridiculed by one of the biggest crypto websites of all-time. Nobody here is going to have sympathy for what you are trying to do as we've seen it all before.

We have a growing community and website and discord.  This is why I am here.  Not really to discuss anything else besides my appeal.  Thanks.

Thank you for you time, I hope you reconsider the 30 day ban.

I hope they won't. I hope you'll fuck up again after 30 days and make it a permanent ban. You exemplify everything that's wrong with shitcoins and specifically shitcoiners on this forum. You grab a buzzword and try to scam with it. Go away.

Why be so angry?  Its for this reason that its a new trending thing that we built it.  This is a good thing.  No need to be so angry.  I am appealing because I have a logical explanation and never deliberately broke rules or did anything that justifies the 30 day ban.

I wake up everyday positive and happy looking forward to work and building this up.  In 6 months perhaps you will look back in regret.  That's what I will make happen for the naysayers and haters.  Work hard and build something legit and get adoption.  I have spent my time and money doing this. $Thousands.  I am serious and not asking for handouts from anyone. We even have 40 billboards in California, Arizona and Texas.

Cheer up man, I wish the best on everyone, even you guys hating. Take care.

WallStreetBetsCoin seem to be a easy way to try to trick those who notice the "token" listed as number 0 on the coinmarketcap website a week or two ago. It was a joke made to support the wallstreetbets movement like they did now with Tesla so fooling people to believe they support the movement by buying this coin is basically a scam. Normally scs are not moderated as they are so difficult to prove but in this case its obvious.

There is no ICO no sales, its on Exchange.  People create value with adoption.  It doesn't matter anyone's opinion is.  BTC is worth something because people are willing to pay for it.  I am not here asking for anything you mentioned.  I am stating that I want a reconsideration and TOLD users specifically there are no bonuses or reason to post here.  People obviously were posting regardless.  I ask for reconsideration and will make clear to the hundreds of users on our Discord and Website never or not to, post on the bitcointalk forum asking for coin.

We even built a social network, we are not a "Joke."

Thank you.

So I just received a 30 day BAN on the forum.  I was absolutely shocked that his happened.

I was told that it was because of "Incentivizing POSTS" and would last 30 days.

I will start by stating that people were in fact posting their wallet addresses on the forum.  After I was told by someone in my community that we cant incentivize I actually posted that WE DO NOT ask or request that anyone post their addresses on the forum and that there would be NO BONUS or reason to do so.

You can check for yourself on the ANN on around page 3 or 4....  I literally told people that there is no reason to do so.  I have not plagiarized anyone or done anything out of normal.  As a matter of fact, I love this community and paid BTC to become a copper member.

I ask sincerely, taking into consideration what I am saying, ask that you restore my ANN and account to use please.  I was told by lost accounts support to post on here to ask for an Appeal.  No one emailed or contacted me prior to the ban or warned me.  It was just gone yesterday.

I was also warned by lost accounts not to post another ANN using another account or do anything besides this one post to APPEAL.

Please restore my account wallstreetbetscoin and my ANN.  I will make sure to update the ANN Explicitly telling users not to post their wallet addresses and that there is no reward for doing so.  (I already did that once)

We are already on an Exchange, Blockfolio and about to get on other websites and Apps, we need the BitcoinTalk ANN for our applications.  Our Discord is already at 400 peeps.  We all ask that you restore us.

Thank you for you time, I hope you reconsider the 30 day ban.
