Does MoonCoin have the same backdoor as TIPS to steal wallets even with the private key ?
I was reading a document and you can "apparently" clone other peoples wallets and even though there is a private key you can still gain access to it by making a mould....
Maybe that is what happened.
No, I already posted what happened after I talked to Cryptsy's fraud dept. This was not Cryptsy's fault - people left same RPC PASS/Login across multiple wallets and someone with daemon wallet cleared them out. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT PROVEN !!!It was just a first suspicion of mine that I wrote to cryptsy. But during the last days I tried to connect via RPC to my mooncoin wallet, testing different mooncoin.conf configurations. And it was not possible for me to reach it because the RPC Port 44663 is not reachable from the internet because my router doesnt know what to do with port 44663. And my computer with the wallet ALWAYS was behind a router. The only way to establish connections from the outside to my wallet is with P2P Port 44664, which the wallet uses for mooncoin network communication. As long as no one can get access to a mooncoin wallet via RPC (mooncoin.conf in server mode and no rpcuser and no rpcpass set) it is unlikely that the thief could connect via RPC !Please help to think about other vulnerabilities so that we can find the real reason to disable it within the coming new wallet version! What is with the SSH-Heartbleed bug?Does MoonCoin have the same backdoor as TIPS to steal wallets even with the private key ?

--> this is also something we should think about, could you please send me details about the fedoracoin issue? And to avoid panic: please keep your coins ALWAYS in an ENCRYPTED wallet. Then every transaction out needs the wallet passphrase. I made this mistake to not encrypt my wallet and the thief could initiate transactions, on which way ever (we have to find out).best regards, peme None of this is good for Moon. The video is finished, but idk if i want to post it.... Have a good day Mooners, I hope this is fixed. Tired of losing money

You dumped your profits, you still having 2 billions under 60, do you want a quote of your words? wooow..... please dump more, mr jimi hendrix..... i hate short term investor
Lol I dumped long time ago above 60. Now I'm waiting for 10-11 to rebuy i dont understand why he still comes on here doing this.... i think we've all asked nicly and fairly to not come on our forum unless he is here to help Mooncoin.... We are a true community, and one that does'nt need him doing that for sure...

I know this is an older post but this seems very odd. A majority of the larger block rewards are going to this address and orphans of these larger block rewards are showing up in the bitember pool. The block explorer is showing these orphans going to 2QgWwFic9H45Waeac7Gr4iveRp8UUuPAy8. When I try to search this address on the moonchain.net the block explorer just hangs. Long Live Moon coinflow if i put this addres 2QgWwFic9H45Waeac7Gr4iveRp8UUuPAy8 into moonchain.net it breaks
try it....
Can we know how much mooncoins has this address?? We could imagine the dump when cryptsy moonwallet gets back
This is the problematic address, that belongs to a miner, who is cheating with a script, mining only the big rewarded blocks, by tuning in with big hashing power only for those. This is the reason, why we need to make the change to static/fixed block rewards. At the moment Mooncoin still has a random reward-scheme. moonchain.net can display ALL transactions of addresses, but it nearly takes forever for addresses with so many single transactions. Probably the power of the server should be upgraded. You can check here, as an alternative, but it only shows the last 1000 transactions (which is standard for a normal ABE-installation, too): http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=MOON&address=2QgWwFic9H45Waeac7Gr4iveRp8UUuPAy8Hence it doesn't put such a heavy load on the server, like showing all of the ~198000 tx's of that address, as moonchain.net tries to do. where is Peme with the new wallet??? i thought this was fixed??

They aren't long term investor.... someone needs to teach them a bit of 101 currency investing. Remove sell orders create demand, letting sell orders sit in bulk drives down the price down and its value... sheesh would someone buy these dummies out please. Its the same as having a person making bad calls at a black jack table, ruining the odds for the rest stack the walls up, allow community to buy them up. Once bought, its noth in the dumpers hands no more. Once we have the coins, price goes up. Every Moon investor knows they have to hold this coin to make money on it. So let the buying commence while the dumpers dump!! Long Live Mooncoin!!

Yes Im not in a hurry, the 25 of December i'll go on Holidays, and i'll be very disconnected from bitcointalk, cryptsy, etc... i'll come back 17 of january! They aren't long term investor.... Is it a possibility that Cryptsy loaded them walls up??? I can only see them doing that, especially with the amount of Moon they have... Really good question. EDIT: Maybe we should use another exchange (see my signature), to try, what happens? I will only use exchanges in the US. I put money on an exchange outside of here, it gets stolen, then its gone, here, you steal my money, nothing good will happen for you, and I will get my money back i learned after using coinex.pw to never use an exchange outside of the US. I even lost money on cryptorush.in

How would the winner be selected? And how would it be a fair and equal opportunity for all to have a chance to win?
