When you open the zadig to install WinUSB it should come up automatically with the HashFast units.
Ok, I've tried 2 different units on two different computers and none of them do this. Any idea what could cause this?

Try plugging just one in to a different USB port (Maybe the port you are using is dead?)
If the port were dead the CD emulator wouldn't show up and I wouldn't be able to see things in devmanager.

Regardless once you plug in the HashFast Unit and if that unit is powered on it will show up in Zadig, then you just click the button to install WinUSB on it.
How do we confirm that the device is powered up? There is no indicator light anywhere, the fan is running and the chip gets slightly warmer, it also emits the slight odor of warm electronics.

Code:
cgminer.exe -o pooladdress -u username -p password -o backuppooladdress -u username -p password --hfa-hash-clock 720 --hfa-fail-drop 5 --hfa-fan 100 --usb HFA:1,BAS:0,BF1:0,ICA:0

yeah, that's basically what we've been trying, so nothing new there.
I'm very confused about this "Combo Drive" and "Go!Suite USB Device"
So are we! You don't get an emulated CD drive when you plug your hardware in? Even if you plug it in unpowered (that would confirm for us that the units aren't powered on correctly, despite doing the jumper-paperclip thing)
My thought is that the board doesn't have the correct firmware, I see that the USB device id is different on my units. They have device id 0ae0-2209.
I'll get some screen shots of this Combo Drive thing when I get home from work later today. Just so you can see what we're talking about.
