1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mining Container ~100kW by Polivka GmbH on: July 18, 2018, 05:59:20 PM
3) Can you point me to any posting that shows that any professional mine has heaters in place?

I have a conductive paint on heater that is easy to put on a piece of wallboard or the floor and put on a thermostat. 750Watts would keep the container up to temp even if miners go off for hours. You could set it up to alert when power up and set temp to reach running temp prior to bootup to protect units.

I make this stuff really cheap and all you need is a thermostat take up no space as you could mount it on a wall or in the floor. Temp control should not be difficult if you are dealing with wattage for mining already.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE OR LITECOIN on: March 07, 2018, 05:35:25 AM

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?
Ripple vs Litecoin, I obviously support Litecoin. A few days ago ripple rice arisen at 3.80$, then I buy some ripple with my cash but now ripple is around 1.60$, it is a matter of great loss,.. So I support ripple the best.

Ripple has Billions of coins because it is created by Banks for their own transactions.
One should not expect Ripple to go very high in value. If you want to swing trade, then buy when around a dollar and sell if it goes to three.
Litecoin only has four times the coins that BTC does and more utility.
Much better for the Long and better for the community.
The mainstream press will push Ripple because they are in the club essentially working for the same people.
It can be useful to trade the swings to increase your portfolio but I will never trust XRP with much of my own.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Building a new Token Backed by actual silver redeemable by the bearer on: August 31, 2017, 03:29:12 PM
Hey all,
We have a new technology for hard rock mining that cleans up the environment while extracting the precious metals.
We have contracts set up with some of the largest mines in North America and many sites that have toxic materials left scattered in tailings (Mining waste) and polluting the water table.
Our systems extract the metals from the clean up at a profit. (Without government subsidy)
We are giving the public an opportunity to support this transition to an ethical ecological practice of mining that will be profitable for everyone and improve the environment where it is employed.

Our offering is to sell 100% of the tokens in the offering and keep none for the management. Everything will be transparent and the tokens will be offered below spot price for silver and represent an oz of pure silver.
If we do not meet our target our smart contract will repay all purchases of the token in the offering.

Most of the work has been done on the assets and mining technology side but we need Devs and are building a team around this project for a Silver backed currency (SilverBack) hosted on the Ethereum network.
Our intention is not to compete with other fast transaction tokens or create a commodity of exchange token, but rather a store of value token that is backed by something tangible and recognized by the world for it's stability and value.
President Kennedy tried to create a silver backed currency as well which has not succeeded to date.
We can carry on this legacy and give the community something it needs.
Questions and suggestions are welcome.

The primary function of this project is to serve and give value to the community and clean up one of the dirties most toxic practices in modern industry.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Kick-Start Your ICO on: August 30, 2017, 04:32:31 PM
This sounds interesting although all the assets will have to be reworked to fit another project.
I am building a team for an ICO and am interesting in discussing this kick start and your team and or fees.
Project is not a new technology based ICO but something different in it's own way definitely needed and not yet done.
Let's talk shop then and perhaps we can help each other.
