d-central.tech has been a good bitaxe source for me in the past. Hope this is not a scam version of their website and that you got the s9

I've had my gen1 apollo mining to a pool forever I reflashed it with the latest software and I'm trying to mine to it's own node which is synced. I've waited 10 minutes I'm showing no hashrate on the solo mining page. 18/64 connections so I think I got the static ip correct. no hashrate or workers on solo mining page. 0 hs on miner solo pool info mines to pool what did I do wrong?

The newest Etcher version works fine for flashing the new MCU2 v2.0.6. Old Etcher (v1.18.11) fails to load on my Mac now, advises to immediately dismount or will cause damage.

I was trying to update one of my batch 1 apollo and now that the new version of etcher failed to flash the compressed img and my mac won't load etcher v1.18.11 I have a paperweight with no os how did you get around this?

I figured out that using archive utility to unzip first then flashing with the latest etcher worked

Possible to under clock enough to run without a usb hub or fan?
11  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience NewPac / Terminus R606 (BM1387) Official Support Thread on: August 14, 2024, 02:40:19 AM
I have old newpacs that I learned with laying around and a MacBook I travel with. I like that I don’t have to actively cool the newpac and can run it without a hub. I don’t think any other small portable device can run directly from the MacBook usb port. Free hotel power and WiFi gives me a very small chance but it’s a chance so I’ll point to ck and take it. I had previously been pointing it at the pool. At home I have a few Apollo a few compac F an A1 a bitaxe a nano 3  and an s19xp mining to braiinspool for lightning payouts, heat and ideological reasons because it’s impossible to turn a profit as a home miner since the halving.

Ran zadig 2.9 and successfully installed winusb on asic bus the only new device listed. Now cgminer doesn’t recognize a1 only f

TEL bus added winusb and I got the a1 mining

I am on Elon Musk's starship and we are on Mars, can you have one pack of pizza delivered to me?

I am ready to cover all expenses  Grin Grin, like seriously today is truly a memorable day as it marks the official usage of Bitcoin to pay for a real good such as pizza which is something remarkable enough.

I’m not sure how I would get a pizza to mars I’ll tweet Elon and see what it would cost
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Pizza Day 2023 on: May 22, 2023, 01:47:31 PM
Can't trust these days. Grin

Someone like you who created an account just to respond to this post???

no your right I probably wouldn't trust that I would get my pizza

I've been posting here for a few years and would expect to be shamed if the pizza didn't arrive as I would certainly post about it if someone took my sats and gave me nothing in return. I like Laszlo have a little faith in people.
