Lastly, if you ever stopped playing on SwC because of the culture, I hope you stop by and check out just how different it has become.

all i know is, the drama you've stirred up has really fucked up our private bitcointalk series. a bunch of our players can no longer chat at the tables anymore because of the 500 krill requirement. implementing something like this without any kind of whitelisting feature leaves a really bad taste in one's mouth. it's pretty annoying that you guys let some trollbox drama turn into this, not to mention de facto chat banning all new players to the site. what a shitshow!

well at least they wont be exposed to any bad words

Thats fine i know copying and pasting the rules is your only response to questions or criticism. My posting was more just to let people interested in joining have a perspective from a player about what is really going on not the story from the perpetrator themselves.

I have no dog in the race anymore anyways since I know longer play at or visit SwC Poker after my unfair treatment I am just giving my perspective for others.

Since you keep trying to steer around it, what I am trying to say is that you made SwC out to be some racist hellhole. You even likened it to a "KKK rally' a few posts ago. It was not and very few people that were banned were actually banned for using the N word or any sort of racist language. The other 90% of people were banned for random made up reasons that are not listed in the rules.

I don't have any problem following rules, especially the no racial slurs one as that really has no place anywhere. What I have a problem with is not knowing what the actual rules are because the official ones are few and listed on the website but the ones being enforced are many and exist solely in your head so therefore are impossible to follow and none of them pertain to fixing racism.

I don't think anyone is upset about not being able to use the N word. People are upset because 90%+ of the bans are for reasons not listed in the rules or that fall under the ambiguous "chat is a privilege that can be taken away for any reason at any time" (paraphrasing here but its the "rule" that you like to post over and over again in chat when people ask why someone was banned.)

If you are curious about the reason for a chat mute that you have received, feel that you received a chat mute in error, would like to report chat that you feel violates the rules, or want to give feedback on this issue we invite you to email support.

This is BS btw. support rarely ever responds to emails, let alone in a timely manner and if you are really, really lucky you may receive a response weeks late in broken english that doesn't even address your question/concern.

I was recently banned for literally no reason. I do not use racial slurs, I do not spam the chat or do anything else that was against the rules. The day I was banned I was hardly even chatting when suddenly your moderator announces in chat that I am receiving a one-week ban along with another player (who was antagonizing the moderator all day to be fair) would be receiving a 1 month ban. I asked why in chat because he surely must be making a mistake but received no response and moments later lost my ability to chat. The other player who had seemingly earned is ban in all respects continued to chat for the rest of the day when Higherhighs addressed it saying "oops i spelled your name wrong when trying to ban you so consider it a warning.

Meanwhile I wrote a very polite and reasonable email to support trying to figure out what I did wrong and of course I have yet to receive a response (it has been one week now.) I have @swcpoker many times on twitter and have not received a response.

I do not break the rules. I do not use racial slurs. I do not abuse other players. I was already not doing these things before the new rules were implemented. I am also pretty sure I was actually permanently banned because it has been one week and I still am not able to chat on the site.

I am done, thank you for years of fun SwC but I won't be treated like scum for no reason.

Please PM us with your username and we will review whether a mistake may have been made in your case, and look in to the issue with support email response time.

I am happy to finally get a response but it is too late I am unbanned now so it would make no difference unless you are giving out reparations for those who have suffered an unjust ban.

To support@swcpoker.eu:

Can you please remove higherhighs from the trollbox? If you want to ban the N-word and F-word, great. I fully support those decisions. But this guy is instigating all of the misery in the trollbox right now and then playing the victim card when it inevitably escalates.

Is this person even sanctioned by you? I feel like this must be a troll since it's so over the top, but people keep getting muted and the rules keep getting changed to ban all possible instances of higherhighs' feelings getting hurt, so that's confusing.

Please just post the chat rules prominently and keep it objective. For example, "you can't tell people to kill themselves" and "don't say the N-word or post links referring to the N-word" instead of including wildly subjective rules like "no player abuse" (whatever that means). Then, quietly mute people who break the rules without having higherhighs confront them in the trollbox. If they want to discuss the reasons for the ban, stick to email.

For whatever reason, higherhighs cannot moderate chat without making it personal and involving himself in every conversation that has nothing to do with him. His constant barrage of "you're pushing it," "this is your final warning," "you've been pushing the edge all week long," "that's not the only reason we banned beerman," "chat is a privilege," "stop abusing me" bullshit just makes it worse. Why would you even discuss the reasons for player bans with EVERYONE IN THE TROLLBOX?

It only escalates arguments when higherhighs tells someone they're banned, but the ban won't take effect until 12 hours from now when someone wakes up. Then, the player rages out for the next 12 hours and higherhighs escalates the conflict even further by increasing the length of the ban because he's feeling "abused." He has directly instigated the abuse he complains of in almost all cases I've seen.

Letting higherhighs report people based on his personal dislike of certain players is a disastrous, ill-conceived policy that only serves to make him feel like he has control over some aspect of his life and inflates his ego. He thinks he is entitled to respect because his chat color is green, and when that fails, he resorts to intimidation, fear tactics, and misdirected punishment. It doesn't work that way. You have to earn people's respect.

You're driving away players and making SWC look terrible. The 500 krill requirement to chat is punishing new players. Do yourself a favor and take away higherhighs' chat. It won't stop him from reporting people by email, but will prevent the current trainwreck in the trollbox from continuing, and might possibly slow the hemorrhage of players from the site.

marlais

They don't give a shit about the regs marlais, its time to just give it up. That being said if there are any devs reading through this if you can throw together a nice btc poker site with a chatbox that won't be handed over to an SJW control freak you will instantly get pretty much 100% of swc's traffic.
7  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Your Review for POLONIEX.com? SCAM or LEGIT? on: June 11, 2017, 11:26:13 PM
I have been using polo since a little bit after it opened and have never had a single issue. The only thing that scares me is that they removed the trollbox and I believe they did it simply to silence all of the people who were complaining about unresolved support tickets. They say its so the mods can work on tickets but they aren't really trained to do that so who knows.

Usually costs about $1800-$3000 for clean room recovery but totally worth it for 20 BTC.

If its not a mechanical failure should be much easier to recover find a shop near you that does non intrusive recovery. I work in the industry and do this type of thing every day. You can pm me for some advice or if you need help.

be careful at this site it may look flashy and attractive but you will lose you money to glitches and support will ignore you until you publicly out them then they will make up stories and call you a liar.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: June 26, 2015, 03:08:43 AM
By the way here is a list of my deposits I have made to that site since I became a member earlier this month. All lost fairly from me being an idiot gambler.

Add up the BTC... Don't you think if I was going to make some shit up that it would be about the $1000+ USD worth of BTC I lost rather than a crummy $35 USD worth of doge?
14  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: June 26, 2015, 02:54:56 AM
Hey doesn't fortunejack have some kind of bug bounty? I found a bug. In the blackjack game it says "thi" instead of "thu" for the date:

Maybe you guys can pay me back my ~150k doge that disappeared due to a glitch as a reward I would be ok with that.

EDIT: actually it says its the 26th so maybe its supposed to say "fri."

I dont think that this kind of bug "typo" worth as 150k doge.
And regarding your missing 150k Doge, OP has explained it already that they can't refund it because you lost it fairly.
Just my opinion.

No he made up a story because for whatever reason he didn't want to look into it or just assumes I am lying. I have lost more than a few BTC on that site and to this day am still giving them my BTC because I am a degenerate gambler so why would I make up a story about a lousy 150k doge??

He said I lost it by making three bets when I was in a slot game for about a minute. First of all the game itself was completely unresponsive therefore it would be impossible for me to make a bet and it is also impossible to make three bets on that particular game equaling 150,000 doge so that story is obviously bullshit.

Its really the principle of the thing those I could give two fucks about $35 USD worth of dogecoin I lose much much more on that site daily but the thing that pisses me off is that I lost it due to a site glitch and that my support requests were completely ignored and I couldn't get anyone from fortunejack to give me the time of day until I complained about it on a public forum then the only response is "Sorry you made impossible bets somehow and we don't believe you and I probably didn't even look into it fuck you loyal customer."

The sad part is I still gamble there and give them my money because it is my favorite casino I just hate being ripped off (whether intentionally or not) and then lied to and about.

After that i tried to cashout 0.1btc and received instantly, please fix problem :/
my account: kamara45

still nothing, 2 days dont receiving my btc .... check the problem

Did you send us email on support@fortunejack.com? This is not a place for such discussions.

We just checked your transaction and you indicated a wrong wallet number. It's not even a BTC wallet. So it is wrong to blame us on that. We will refund the money after some more investigation. It is seems that you just indicated a wrong wallet and money was not transferred anywhere.
It's never your fault is it?
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: June 20, 2015, 06:03:39 PM
Well I registered at this site this weekend and was having fun  losing a total of 1.5 btc so far I think, haha. Everything was going great I am even on a leaderboard or two.

It was all fine until I deposited 200k doge to play around with. I started a slot game and when it loaded my mouse was unresponsive and I couldn't click anything. As I was about to click the exit button I see my credits balance drop from 200k to 50k instantly. I was in the game for less than a minute so it is obviously some kind of glitch. I contacted support and have not heard back it has been days I am pretty disappointed as I really liked this place and planned on spending a lot more here just not getting ripped off without any site staff giving two shits about it.

Be careful guys.

EDIT: oh yeah heres proof in case anyone doubts me. Look at the timestamps.

We have not received your email it seems. We will check out your problem as soon as possible and contact you back. Are you sure you contacted us at support@fortunejack.com?  If you are, write to me in PM your username and when this happened and we will sort it out.
Ok pming now, thanks.

Yes I am sure I used the form on your site.

We are sorry about your loss. First of all, if you have some problems with the mouse, it is stated in the rules that we are not responsible for that.

Regarding your loss, I asked our technical team to check it several times and only after full investigation, we are responding you back.

You made 3 bets, very large ones because you probably increased them. Despite them most likely being accidental, we can not refund them. We checked each session though and you lost all three fairly. Again, I am really sorry for your loss, but there is nothing we can do about it.

I don't know why you posted this here and pmed it to me but I'll repeat my reply to you here for transparency.

This is bullshit. You obviously never checked anything because I have never made a single bet using doge to this day even. This was an error on behalf of the site.

I have no reason to make this up I have happily lost many btc on your site with no problem why would I lie about a couple of measly doge.

Please fix your mistake or I will make sure every knows.

Update on my mysteriously disappearing doge:

The OP of this thread messaged me asking some questions but then stopped and I still haven't had my coins returned Sad
