2. when I delete from the database folder the files gives an error

3. when I rename the blk0001.dat in bootstrap.dat checks up to a certain block (~1200045) after restarting, block synchronization still does not start.
4. In Windows everything works, clings. Error only in Linux system. Maybe something related to leveldb their several versions exist.

It's near to impossible that "bootstrap not work". Move your actual ".neutron" to ".neutron-backup". Create new ".neutron" directory and copy uncompressed files ( http://ntrn.cryptotools.pw/Neutron_blockchain_latest.zip) to it. After that, copy your wallet.dat from ".neutron-backup" to ".neutron" and start the daemon, it should work.
