The sheer size of that reddit post seems a bit strange for something spontaneous and written after-the-fact. The whole thing is quite strange, given that we are not their competitors, our 0.65% devfee is quite insignificant compared to their 3% commission, and unlike them we don't have any big security f**c-ups in our past.
