Sorry, did not get you. So they are not human ? Does it have any +ve impact on adsense earning ?

I wouldn't advise if you have adsense on your site. (although Google will only see website traffic - no different to if you started an advertising campaign somewhere)

Do you copy the URL from Google Search and use it in an autosurf?

Nope. The traffic is cloaked and referrer changed to show as a search from Google

If you have adsense on your site then I would advise against it. It is auto surf traffic so from actual people visiting the website, but is only for boosting your website statistics.
