I scanned this coin on an online virus testing website and found that there is a Trojan horse virus

AV's often return false positives there's nothing unusual about that, would be better if someone knowledgable had a look around tho

As regards the casino will there be an option to deposit and withdraw with fiat and if so will the option be there to swap from crypto to fiat within the casino with any potential winnings? If so that's how u make this coin go skywards along with the casino, win win for all concerned

Thanks

But trojan horse? If it is false positive, it should not be trojan horse. But I maybe wrong. But for those who want to install their wallet, maybe just compile your own if you can. Also, if they are indeed developing a casino that will integrate this coin, then, maybe there's a reason that this coin will survive this time. But we need to wait how far they are on this project.

The scan results probably detected coinminer, a lot of AV consider them as a malware as they're usually installed without user's consent or even their awareness, while others consider them as a riskware. All three of the files contain coinminer, below is the scan result by virustotal with highest detection of the three.

Generally speaking, Kaspersky Internet Security associates “not-a-virus” with two types of applications: adware and riskware. Both types are not malicious by nature, so they cannot be called viruses. Still, users should know that they are installed; the applications may do something unwanted.

[...]

What is riskware?

Riskware is a slightly different matter. Applications of this type were initially created as useful tools, and they may be used on a computer for their stated purposes. But quite often, malefactors install riskware — certainly without the user’s knowledge — to pursue their own goals. You can check out the full list of application types that we consider riskware here.

[...]

Also, miners fall into the riskware category. Miners are applications for mining bitcoins. Needless to say, if it was you who chose to install a miner on your computer, then everything should be all right. But if someone else did it without your consent, then the installed software is consuming your computer’s resources for their gain.

That's correct. Thanks for sharing. The GUI/CLI wallets all have miners attached to it. It's with CryptoNote currencies. You can mine with the daemon.

Will I be able to transfer coins from the old gui wallete to TO? I have tested it, is it not syncing or is there going to be a new wallet created ..

Delete your old blockchain and sync the blockchain again.

The casino is already completed and currently we are busy implementing the PrivatePay RPC into it.
Can we see it or give a try in short time of waiting? Why not post the display into the website, to make the site active. Also to make people able to give some respond about it. This time website still coming soon, I was expect that casino and site can be ready in the same time.

Sure thing, we will leave the link to the casino in the next 24 hours. But, only as a test with test coins.

Edit: Currently waiting for propagation.

You should be write in your first post that there is already a ANN Thread about that Coin !

The Old or the original ANN Thread can be found here : [ANN][POW][XPP] PrivatePay - Secure and Private | Payment Ecosystem | Revolusion
The Old or original Github can be found here : GitHub - https://github.com/GoPrivatePay

So you should be write that into your first post that Users can see whats going on !
And yeb should be cleaning your Wallet files from Malware if you serious overtake that project.
In the mean time watch out when you download the wallet and when you install it .

The wallet contains no Malware. We have recompiled it and you are welcome to recompile it yourself.

False positive, more than welcome to compile yourself.

I am interested in you own built online casino. If it can be developed and grown as an attractive casino, this coin will be used more. More usecases, more liquidity, more chances for price on the market.

How about your new team's solutions for the coins hold by old teams?

Do the team try to reach out to MXc exchange for listing Private Pay?

We will fill the MXC details soon. Thanks!

The old dev team holds no coins, that coins was already dumped on the market. An old community manager confirmed it. So that coins is already part of the coins on the exchange.
The casino is already completed and currently we are busy implementing the PrivatePay RPC into it.

FAQ

Why fork a coin abandoned by previous developers?
Seeing that the previous developers created a coin with a good name and already sold their "premine", it's calculated in the market and will not effect the price. The name fits in with our online casino to be released soon.

Is PrivatePay listed on any exchanges?
PrivatePay is listed on https://tradeogre.com/exchange/BTC-XPP and will be listed on a large exchange by end of May 2021 together with the launch of our online casino. Please note TradeOgre already updated their wallets and is now online.

What features will be implemented on PrivatePay?
Currently we are working to implement PrivatePay on our online casino. It will be the payment method used to buy casino tokens. PrivatePay is already a cryptocurrency that can be exchanged and used as a transfer of value privately.

Can PrivatePay be mined?

Yes, join a mining pool and start mining.

This project is now been taken over by different developers that will implement it on a platform. Discord live soon, exchange listing coming and the rest to follow:

I did not visit the topic too long. I saw the rise of Private Pay on Trade Ogre exchange few days ago. Does it relate to your news and the future with new developer team?

Can you share that whether you are one of the new team member?
The new team, if don't have OP, will need to make another announcement topic on this forum. A new topic will give the new team full rights to update.

Exchanges, what exchanges are the aim of new team? Can you share it here.

MXC exchange can be one of candidates.

Announcement coming tonight.

really shit coin

This is probably the best project to be launched this year. The developers are experienced engineers and have been featured in Forbes. Just because you didn't mine early it's really not our issue.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] oBTC on: April 06, 2021, 12:19:33 PM
It's not big farms, we are GPU mining.

The developers themselves open private mining pools to mine. . . Let everyone use less machine mining. . . This piece was taken away by the developer himself. . . Waiting for everyone to pick up. . . . Give it back to everyone. If you have too much computing power, he will restart to threaten everyone

No, we are mining on a Chinese private pool.

Be careful, scam. . . Garbage items,,,,,, wallets are implanted with Trojan horses. . .

You are just salty because in the experimental phase your coins was cleared. This is a great project, and the wallet is just fine.

This is probably one of the best recently launched coins with an excellent team. Mining and buying as much as I can.

Bud, the first few days was solo mining. You could mine from the wallet just fine. I did, so did everyone else.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MGPC][CPU][POW][Yespower] Magpiecoin - Yet Another CPU Mineable POW Crypto on: March 13, 2021, 11:18:20 PM
The miner in the wallet does work, many on Discord have used it. You just have to select solo mining and enter your address. (Sometimes you have to stop and start it again before it actually starts mining)
There is now a mining pool too: https://poolmine.xyz/
