I Came across this site, and they have some pretty decent pricing.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this company or has received any of their miners?

It seems they are based in Europe, in Tallinn Estonia?

They have a 2.4 terrahash miner.

• Contains (3) 28nm ASICs
• Performance: 2100 GH/s at nominal clock speed. (That’s 2,1 TH/s in one mining unit.)
• At the wall, this unit consumes 1 watt per gigahash +/- 20%
• Chassis: Corsair Graphite 230T
• Corsair Hydro Cooling System
• 1 Internal High performance Corsair power supplies
• Connects via USB to a computer of your choice running cgminer (a “control unit”, see below)

Chip Specifications
• 28nm ASIC
• Power Consumption at the chip: less than 0.65 W/GH/s +/- 15%
• Designed to be underclocked for greater efficiency, and overclocked for greater performance*

Anyone know if they are legit?
