Improve your self controling by meditating. And reduce the time you keep your mobile on your hand. Example if you go to the bathroom with mobile, stop doing that, and when you are not using it, think about constructive things for your self. And if you don't know how to meditate please search on youtube. Relax your mind. Control your mind. Then it will be easier.

Issue of a rhythm of the body, once your body adapts to your patterns of habits (sleeping, eating and etc..) it continues that rhythm. When you keep awake at night for few consecutive days your body starts to follow that. You could change the rhythm with a bit of effort. Start waking up early in the morning and go to sleep early. It will be hard in the first couple of days, but after few days your body will start to follow that pattern and voila.. problem solved.

If it has been pumped twice, why not few more times. Eventhough it looks like a joke coin, it's one of the oldest and it is still around.

I think he was just playing around with his tweets. And he will never in his right mind will put 40bn into doge coin.

We must not forget that eventhough BNB has become more and more popular, Binace exchange is still centralized. But with current transaction fees with Ethereum it's natural when people seek better alternatives. Also we cannot compare both projects because their use case is different. But no matter what deep down in my heart I believe BNB is going to surpass Ethereum sooner or later.

Not a great investment choice. But god knows what will happen. Your investment might go either way. Remember the golden words, "Don't invest what you cannot afford to loose"

All depends on the stability of bitcoin price. If bitcoin price manage to stay above 40k this bull season will last for at least a year. IMO alt season hasn't started yet, therefore anticipate more positive action. As for any market there's going to be a correction sooner or later and this time things will be different. All the best!

Many says bitcoin is the first, bitcoin is the king but imo bitcoin has become more of a store of value. With the current transaction time and cost it is not best used as a crypto currency for regular transactions. On the other hand Ethereum is more time and cost effective. At the end it all depend on your purpose. They both have huge potential to grow further in value.

Don't listen to anybody, people will come and shill about the coins they are currently holding. That's not how you make money in crypto currency industry. Do your own research, Find some promising projects yet still has a low market cap. The reason for the low market cap is it has a huge potential to grow therefore your investmant also. One more tip there are other things called crypto currency bounty and airdrops which you can earn crypto without putting any money. If your money is limited, please look in to bounties and airdrops, you could earn few hundred bucks if you're lucky.
