Please give me my money back man i had such a hard time ever since! Still waiting for my refund of 5 digits, got compensated peanuts compared to my real issue. Like stated earlier ive already lost $8k that i CAN NEVER GET back because of the missing letter of guarantee And on top of that theyre saying my letter is not valid like wtf you can clearly see youve compensated me the other transaction ON THE SAME ADRESSHow do you expect me to solve this its not my fault its not like its my website, how can you put your customer of years and years through such pain! I am absolutely in shock as the realisation of me having lost over 30k now is settling in. @[banned mixer] - Please please please help me out im literally begging you We do pay intense attention to every request. For the first time you have contacted us on March 17 and provided the valid LOG dated March 17. It was refunded to you. Then you contacted us again applying with the transaction dated Feb 07 you haven't noticed before. We were in conversation with you requesting the prof and my last private message was dated April 16, but you haven't replied. Now you post on public thread instead - still providing no proofs and all details of our conversation. Our policy prohibits disclosure of correspondence with customers - but you can publish it if you really think that we did something wrong. If you do not wish to disclose the correspondence, then we suggest to ask an outside arbiter - the one of the trusted Legendary members of this honorable forum. 2 months further, btc has dropped significantly and still didn't receive any refund....

And it is valid but yet they say yes we need more proof can you sign msg with ur wallet that u sent the money from in february. That's not a bad thing, considering the fact that you've shared the signed message online to verify it (instead of using your own wallet), and multiple claims have been made from the same Letter of Guarantee: different people applied for refunds with the same Letters of Guarantee Please dont jump to conclusions already, i have not shared my message online! I have only spoken with the support @ [banned mixer] and thats all i can say about this matter. Im yet to receive an answer from their relevant department............

Got first small paymentLost 1 key back in februari $8k so no chance for a refundStill waiting for 5 figure amount ..RESOLUTION First of all, we are confident that: 1) our servers were not compromised; 2) the operations of our customers did not fall into third hands. At the moment we managed to repeat the experience of users who reported the problem with the fake signing address on our clearnet website, and eliminated this attack about 18 hours ago. What have happened? An attackers managed to access HTTP-traffic on one of the infrastructure nodes of upstream providers. Thus, they deceived the verification system of the global Certification Authority (CA) lettercrypt.org and issued a fake Domain Validation (DV) certificate, and were able to send HTTPS-traffic to their servers. What does it mean? This means that users who received letters signed by the wrong address has sent their money to attackers and will unlikely receive them back. Those users who received letters signed by the correct address may not worry - the data exchange was secured directly between them and our servers. Also, this incident did not touch on those who used our onion-mirror. What do we plan to do?We are very concerned how carefully and gracefully the phishing attack was performed. Unfortunately, this is possible in an open internet and this proves how much existing technologies of open internet are vulnerable. Therefore: 1) We will implement a set of measures to reduce the risks of such incidents with our clearnet website; 2) We will insistently recommend to use the onion website and check the signature, including creating economic incentives for this; 3) We will introduce the status-page on third-party reliable public provider to provide the up-to-date status of the website. What will happen to victims of this incident? We value our customers and their trust very high and do not want to leave them as victims in this situation. During the coming days, we will continue to collect the information on users affected by this incident - when, we will see a complete picture and the amount of damage we will offer them an option to compensate the lost funds. If you haven't contacted me or support@[banned mixer] yet, get in touch and provide the LOG on your operation. OFFICIAL UPDATE Kindly note, we have finished collecting and processing the information on users affected by this incident and we are sure there are no new incidents on this attack. During coming days we will contact affected users to agree the refund details and we are aimed to provide the compensation till the end of this month. Thank you all for your patience during resolving this issue.

They will compensate us, dont worry still no refund for my $85,000, but support say they are 'working on the cases'... if they have 2000 btc reserve like they say, they should refund all scmamed users!
They will surely do. However, you can understand that you're not the only one affected and it takes time. The time to reply to each customer, the time to check out each mix/transaction (which doesn't take 5 seconds), the time to reply, etc. Without talking about the time to work on the server-side and the life he has outside. Better to have patience than receive nothing. The problem is not the BTC reserve, it's truly the time needed to deal with such cases this is true, but they still have not said they plan to fully refund all affected users. they say have an 'option' for refund depending on total loss etc, but i think if they have 2000 BTC, the only right answer is to full refund all users.

Your a king! I almost lost all my money man WARNING Kindly note, we are following multiple issues where users report the wrong signing address on our website. All of this users report that their connection is secured by the fake SSL-certificate issued on Jan 26, 2021 and expiring on Apr 26, 2021. The Letters of Guarantee of this users has the same fake signing address and has not been generated by our servers. We are investigating this incident. We consider the DNS-spoofing or "man in the middle" attack of this users. We recommend you to refrain from mixing until separate notice will be posted.RESOLUTION First of all, we are confident that: 1) our servers were not compromised; 2) the operations of our customers did not fall into third hands. Have you tried their service before? I think, if the signing address in your Letter of Guarantee is legit - you will probably receive your coins back. If it's wrong - it's very bad

They are currently investigating the matter , ill get an email they said lets wait Yesterday the ]crypto mixer's website was working with different ssl sertificate, showing the fake btc address at the at the bottom of the page in footer The address: 1CrypMixUKiXduy6J42nEzm4Z9CpJuXptSI is NOT their address. Also their site generated different Letters of Guarantee with the same fake btc address. I think the service was hacked, or they just started selective scam. First issues with the same fake address were reported some weeks ago. Better avoid using this service, until they will publish the officcial report about this case in this thread. The legit signing address is: 1CrypMixXWtTjYGCM5ZJmyQYP1Y39P7aLM - bookmark it This is not My God damn problem, this website has been in my favourites for years and if they couldnt keep Their fucking ssls up to date thats up to them! Dont make your problem, our problem [banned mixer]!
