What's the total amount of asiacoin? And what's the money supply of asiacoin now?
ad.1. according to explorer there is 860,188,643 AC - how many is missing, lost, etc... we don't know, ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/) getinfo command is showing: "blocks" : 1669181, "moneysupply" : 860200134.31513202, ad.2. there is info on 1st page (May 04, 2014,) : PoS Specification: Interest: 100% annually, decreasing gradually to 1% within 3 years - so from May 04 2017 we should be 1% POS inflation only. 1. on my wallet i have exactly same "moneysupply" as explorer as your wallet shows different value - it's serious, quite possibly is forking 2.as for now, Asiacoin wallet is staking 100% indefinitely (that makes Asiacoin very inflationary) and we have no developer to compile new wallet with slower staking TL;DR original 2014 Asiacoin wallet had never in-built stopping 100% stake (as well as had tons of other mistakes) if someone has patience - can check line by line on github in 2015 we concentrated on repairing basic functions of wallet, did not concentrate on stopping 100% staking nowadays hi-staking coins have fallen out of favor and are depressed - TEK HYP and so on problem is different Asiacoin is difficult source to compile on Windows in 2015 when wallet crashed i had contacted several average quality devs listed on bitcointalk. all had said cannot compile Asiacoin on Windows only for fsb4000 it was possible actually, stopping 100% staking is not the biggest headache for Asiacoin problem is, nobody knows how to position Asiacoin to survive in present scenario so many different new coins mostly with near 100% premine are occuping coinmarketcap because of tightly controlled supply these coins can print any price total coinmarketcap went from around 5 billion us in 2015 do around 100 billion us now what to do?

it's time to say a sad truth
our best friend - renowned developer fsb4000 - is MIA (missing in action) since last year
Asiacoin has very difficult moment now - orphaned.
before autumn 2016 fsb4000 was quite active and he was adding (supposedly 2016) some commits to bitcoin core
have no clue what happened with fsb4000
he had logged 2-3 times to bitcointalk in half a year, without leaving any trace or PM.
had tried to contact fsb4000 with many channels.
possibly we need another dev to work on AC
if someone could recommend some good dev, please leave a suggestion here or even better on telegram @asiacoin

new Asia coin : biggest four wallets have 97.84% of all coins a record instamine http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?blockexplorer=ADCN&top_addresses=100edit: it was a premine of 9333333 coins ( as to current coin supply it makes a premine of 98.2% ) in main.cpp : int64 nSubsidy = 50 * COIN;
if(nHeight == 1) { nSubsidy = 9333333 * COIN;
edit: coinmarketcap shows ADCN market cap per "available Supply" and shows market cap for April 17 as 110 BTC actually, due to unclear nature of premine of 9333333 ADCN, ( nowhere on asiadigicoin.org is shown intended use of this premine ) would be more correct to show ADCN market cap from total supply of 9,502,733 ADCN and that would show ADCN market cap as 6163 BTCa nice beginning with more coins mined that could easily surpass market cap of 10000 BTC

the transfer was all done in 2015. and I can see all the details. I am gonna try a withdraw once my wallet is synced up.
great it would be OK to hear more of this story from what I understand from Cryptsy 350+ pages thread, all coins balances should be frozen since December by court order. These small and illiquid coins withdrawals were made by unknown Cryptsy guys from an unknown location (office closed long ago) as trying to build some good karma (or positive evidence of goodwill) in a ocean of harm. have not idea whatsoever if this goodwill persists after 2.5 more months. in a vice world time runs very fast. as to my BTC - did not tried, too. actually nobody ever reported in the thread getting any major coins back. actually, if this story of court order freezing all Cryptsy assets from December is/was true, ( in this thread was/is link to original documents, but did not follow these links in legalese - it was tough enough to follow closely post-by-post 350 pages on BCT ) , making these withdrawals - against a court freeze order - would constitute a kind of felony.after 2.5 more months of accelerated law learning for Cryptsy guys - would be very surprised to learn that these unknown Cryptsy guys are making more withdrawals ( or : more felonies ? ) from officially unknown wallets and from an undisclosed location.

Survival Tips
option A - BTER handles swap (bad) option B - cryptopia handles swap (better) option C - both (best) but how to manage coins? who getting how many?
1. generate a whole new 'update' chain/algo/wallet (run it in beta) 2. reduce coin count divide by 100 OR increase x10 3. announce swap date 6 weeks before it happens ... keep it open for 4 weeks 4. burn the left overs (that means Cryptsy coins get deleted .. elsewise you'll likely end up buying them from the Thief) 5. look at proof of line and flat (or max) reward per block for the new algo
So do we just abandon the cryptsy users? There's really nothing that can be done about that unless Cryptsy chooses to do so. They are holding peoples coins, not AsiaCoin as as you have discovered already, no amount of pleading, begging or threatening is going to change that. If you do a swap, keep the option open for those with coins on Cryptsy just to be fair, offer the swap later if Cryptsy ever frees up the coins. If we are making a new chain, Cryptsy is still up and log in works. Can we make printscreens of your balance and use it as a proof for new swap? as to ''printscreens'' this is quite non-professional trade printscreens for blockchain we all know what is real value of Bitcoin and altcoins the blockchain
hope you can figure out (find somewhere?) your original Asiacoin address? then it will be easy to figure out transfer to Cryptsy maybe can find original Asiacoin address on Cryptsy logs? tab 'deposits' actually, when this transfer was done? 2014? 2015? 2016?

short description of Cryptsy stories 350+ pages. it seems nobody here followed these pages
1.BigVern divorce case (documented there with all details, motions, hearings and so on) from what we understand should include Project Investors and Cryptsy itself
Cryptsy should be sold and wife and lawyers paid.
Most likely Cryptsy would not be able to separate own coins and deposited coins, all should be sold.
this divorce case might be phony but obviously nobody can prove it, actually this divorce case most likely is real, ugly and tough, as BigVern is linked to younger lady, which is speculatively linked to escaping from FalunGong quagmire in 2008 and who is speculatively suspected to be a very bright programmer. And BigVern wife comes from a tough high-ranked military family.
2.some guys started class action, with expensive lawyers. Obviously their claims are much higher than their real loss.
3.Cryptsy workers began to flee hard since November. Most visible defector was wallet man Mullick (and suddenly most of wallets went maintenance)
After Mullick was gone remaining Cryptsy guys had problems to find links to wallets (Horus asked in this thread where is link to wallet)
in Cryptsy thread some guys speculated that Mullick has taken some coins with him.
4.actually last active months December and January Cryptsy has returned a lot of small, illiquid coins without volume to depositors. this is documented in the thread, and also all my friends all got Asiacoin back
a list of small coins which could be withdrawn was published on blog.cryptsy.com
Sorry - when someone claims that his Asiacoins are blocked now on Cryptsy this story sounds to me as completely untrue and not legit[/font]
besides, both on this thread and on Cryptsy thread 350+ pages nobody ever specifically complained of blocked Asiacoin.
Asiacoin was one of easiest coins to withdraw as very illiquid.
Returning to Cryptsy stories - supposedly Cryptsy was hacked of around 14.000 BTC early 2015, supposedly due to malware in a wallet of very small coin. BigVern has decided to disclose this hack after over 20 months.
All this story is weird. Anyway, officially Cryptsy is short of around 14.000BTC since. Returning any deposits and values from Cryptsy, having in mind 14.000 BTC loss, wife claims, court order of freezing assets, and class action - this hope is extremely fragile.
As to Asiacoin related to Cryptsy - as have written to this thread several times - believe that millions held on Cryptsy related wallets are not depositors coins but remainder of original April 2014 hack - free coins from hidden premine, washed through (wisely defunct) Mintpal.
And this is real headache for Asiacoin - nobody will try to expensively pump Asiacoin to be dumped on with millions of free Asiacoin from Cryptsy-related guys (friends of original hacker)

So, what's the latest on AsiaCoin? Plans? Development? Anything?
Seems like everyone has given up... sad to see it go thanks for your enlightening comment since you seem to care of Asiacoin could you post here or on PM best ideas for survival?you seem to have good experience of publishing on dying coins from my limited experience cannot verify these posts as correct or not: from your archived posts March 26, 2016, 08:37:47 PM NXT is already dead, right?and September 26, 2014, 09:26:51 AM (Asiacoin thread) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=595999.msg8978010#msg8978010No activity whatsoever from the community or devs. It is safe to assume it as dead and get out of it before it vanishes from all the exchanges. I am not an optimist like you. So you wanna say, the development of Asiacoin is happening at full steam in the background.? Please enlighten me as I still have some coins stuck at cryptsy. thanks for info BTW what happening at Cryptsy? stopped following this after 350 pages any chances to recover BTC? as to Asiacoin: obviously trying, unfortunately no success worst headache is exchanges: got straight answer from some exchanges that AC volume is too low, and silence from other exchanges would be very obliged for any leads how to reach exchanges recent 12 months seen some smaller coins reached some bigger exchanges for unknown reason is this because of private contacts or there is some intermediary who arranges listing for a fee? please PM if known

deos anyone know why coins like FCT TIPS NEM EMC AMP EAC XVG XSI and so on have made marketcap increases from 500% to 10.000% ?
information, knowledge and ideas welcome here or on PM
Can't speak for the others, but XSI is a Pump Scam by some Chinese Miners, as it had nothing happening and the price spiked and now the Volume is $ 18,482 on 1 Exchange. PURE SCAM !!! lol I've been lucky a couple times with new coins, but mostly try to stay away from them now... too darn stressful. most turnout out to be pump attempts. I stayed away from ETH too long and missed the boat lol thats for sure I've pretty much given up on AC but would like to stake just in case someone decides to do something with it, I'm still staking and trading MINT cause there is still people trying, heck I even still stake and trade POT missed ETH badly, too. for being obviously a pumped vaporware with not much intrinsic value at least for now. only when ETH was already close to 5 USD noticed on forum someone said that Goldman Sachs people are involved in ETH ( was it a secret or it was always known? ) GS speculators have so much more deep pockets and deep knowledge than unknown chinese pushers or even BigVern as additional profit for pumping this vaporware GS people will undercut Bitcoin with GoldmanSachs link accepted as true, ETH can easily go to 50 USD and then with GS style price will be kept longer time high ( not BigVern style : rapid dump to zero ) actually, it seems ETH could be a multi-layered pump : first, a typical altcoin pump well organised then, at some point overtaken by GoldmanSachs guys ( or ladies for that matter : remember as Bloomberg says : One of the destroyers of the world http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2013-09-12/blythe-masters-jpmorgans-credit-derivatives-guru-is-not-sorry - Blythe now left killing oil and gold world markets and is running some murky BTC operations )

I just got around to resyncing my wallet from scratch a day or so ago, it hadn't been synced since my last staking which was 9/22/2015.
it synced up fine but has been sitting waiting to stake for over a day, I figure since it has been so long that it's weight should be high and should've found a block pretty quick? am I wrong? or is something funky going on?
I read some of the last page here, has the funkyness been figured out?
there are some reasons for another Asiacoin hard fork with following minor improvements: 1.increasing priority of older UTXO so it will be easier to stake older UTXO 2.limiting timedrift to much smaller value from present 120 minutes ( copied from PPC ) testing of this single line of code making preference for older UTXO was quite successful on present Asiacoin network, all stakes received were old. But all this test staking went to a 100% fork, none was confirmed and wallet had to be resynced. It is expected when all wallets including explorer wallet will use this one line of code changed, forking would not happen. there is no clear idea how to fix major Asiacoin problems- Asiacoin code is outdated, based on Bitcoin version 0.6.3, and several improvements found later in BTC and PPC are not present here - elimination of 3.2 billion wallet from Asiacoin blockchain - only feasible way seem to be exchange Asiacoin to Asiacoin 2.0 with different blockchain there is no idea how to increase Asiacoin exchanges count, no exchange believes now that Asiacoin could do decent volume, after 20 months of low volumes. there is no idea how to do promotion work for Asiacoin actually have no time to follow other coins does anyone know why coins like FCT TIPS NEM EMC AMP EAC XVG XSI and so on have made marketcap increases from 500% to 10.000% ? information, knowledge and ideas welcome here or on PM

is anybody staking success last days? I had no any staked coins since 08 January, even if I leave open client by 24h. Got v. 2.2.1.0 of client, over twenty connections, right no. block same as explorer...etc. It was staking before, up to my last staked coins on beginning of this year. Had no problems before, I changed nothing but looks like staking stop for me. Anyone got similar symptoms? Or there is some solution to fix that?
look at network past difficulty at https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/#!overview your day Jan, 08 : network diff 1,43 and keeps rising afterwardssince Jan 27, 2016 : climbs to 2.0 and stays in this area and above most of days up to difficulty 2.58 on Feb 08, 2015 look previous difficulty readings: Dec 01, 2015 : difficulty 0.9095 Nov 01, 2015 : difficulty 0.4209 Oct 15, 2015 : difficulty 0.0003 it has been dramatic increase in difficulty since October

Hmm, Looking at the block explorer someone is using the timewarp attack on your coin. 1011503 just now 20.4 kB 7,756.286929 AC 1.26 Proof of Stake 1011502 just now 20.4 kB 15,531.449013 AC 1.24 Proof of Stake 1011501 just now 20.4 kB 1,814.045 AC 1.25 Proof of Stake 1011500 just now 30.6 kB 26,656.904027 AC 1.23 Proof of Stake 1011499 just now 20.4 kB 177.443835 AC 1.30 Proof of Stake 1011498 just now 20.4 kB 621.961369 AC 1.37 Proof of Stake 1011497 just now 20.4 kB 9,960.027753 AC 1.33 Proof of Stake They set the time on their PC toward the upper end of the timedrift and are out staking everyone else. Dev will need to release a code update changing the time drift from 2 hours down to 1 minute or so. FYI: http://bitcoinist.net/interview-presstab-pos-vulnerabilities/Thanks for quick answer and clarify that case. So all in dev hands now. this description from Kiklo does not fit here as difficulty is quite high - 1.77 was last . main point of Kiklo is that difficulty will tank a lot during such an attack anyway, trying to figure out what to do with time drift parameter 1 minute is reasonable dev says now - less time drift means more orphans as to drift attack - it looks as something different here : now no block creation for 34 minutes edit : 14:55 UTC: limiting time drift would mean : hard fork again? do we want another hard fork? for this moments hard fork seems unavoidable if want to decrease time drift edit:14:59 UTC - now blockchain stopped for 47 minutes already. becoming scary. edit: 15:01: UTC - which block to use for hard fork ? edit 15:11 UTC blockchain moves again, no signs of this attack : "just now" and difficulty goes up to 2.03 and going higher. maybe Kiklo was right about nature of attack really should be getting more opinions : do we need this one hard fork - with limiting time drift? please to submit feedback

20% pre-mine, same name, good luck.... Feb, 12 sent PM to yobit: could discuss introducing new coin Asiacoin? « Sent to: YoBit on: February 12, 2016, 09:25:25 AM » couple of times I had filled this application : https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/ with 0.1 Yobicode but it seems not working Yobit response: in 3 days introduced own Asiacoin Now Yobit can pump new Asiacoin as NPCcoin: Market Cap $ 7,823,316,441 or at least as HIRE: Market Cap $ 189,612,431 edit: 0811 UTC : Bithire already $ 216,439,998

One question, I launch wallet after long pause, and sync stoped at 946854 blocks and my some coins stalled in staked position.
after long pause? but using correct wallet version : 2.2.1 ? there was a hard fork in september 2015 wallet version v2.1.3.0 thats is problem?, but why I see transaction with 29 confirmation? sending tx from outdated wallet after September hard fork to 2.2.1 - this was not extensively tested, sorry any weird behavior of outdated wallet including printing 30 confirmations is possible first, check with explorer : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ac/ where are your Asiacoins now, if you run 2.2.1 wallet your Asiacoins should theoretically be still intact in 2.2.1 wallet if not, run again 2.2.1 wallet with ''-rescan'' option syncing full blockchain with 2.2.1 is usually relatively fast - within 8 hours or less. not several days as with old 2.1.3 version edit: another explanation of some of recent pumps: So many Cryptsy coins being pumped on other exchanges. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.msg13885089#msg13885089

One question, I launch wallet after long pause, and sync stoped at 946854 blocks and my some coins stalled in staked position.
some universal procedures to try : 1.run Asiacoin wallet with ''-rescan'' option 2.open debug.log and look for word ''error'' if there is no debug.log file or debug.log file is very small : 3.run Asiacoin wallet with ''-debug'' option 4.with Asiacoin wallet running, open console and run command ''repairwallet''
