Yes “1AaE9A5pF6L5J2aYa2TdeDfmCQqNfD7aEz” is the change address, I used Android electrum wallet.
Electrum for Android does not have coin control features. If those are the only funds left on the wallet, then any transaction you make will include them. If they are not the only funds on the wallet, then to pick specifically them to be included in a transaction you will need to import your seed phrase to Electrum desktop client available from: https://electrum.org/#download. Make sure to verify your download before you install it!

When I observe the mempool on their site sometimes the rate goes down to 30 sats / vbyte, 20 sats / vbyte and even 8sats / vbyte, at these rates I can do the CPFP with what is found on the change address?
I'm not sure where you are looking at the mempool, but it is incorrect. For the last several hours, the minimum fee required to be included in a block has been around 70 sats/vbyte. See: https://mempool.space/

I 1-input-1-output legacy transaction will be around 190 vbytes. Adding that to your two previous transactions, and assuming you spend the 19,693 sats you can spend from that address on a fee, your total will be 1047 vbytes paying 25,617 sats, which will work out to 24.5 sats/vbyte, which is nowhere near the required level.

Thank you for your advice, I did what you said and it finally worked, I did the CPFP "6fed3737ab66630899c3d93462aaacdbd3b03626b86d9f870434c12a639d47d6" with 103sat / vbyte this allowed me to have an effective rate of 24.4sat/vbyte and that at allowed to confirme all my other stuck transactions. The method works thank you

Here are the screenshots on the mempool site before and after confirmation

Thank you for the explanation if I understand correctly this is the first transaction that blocks me. The worst part is that the change address is also part of the second transaction and also awaits confirmation, can I use this unconfirmed amount from the change address to make a CPFP? If it is possible explain to me how to do it please? I had tried the RBF they told me insufficient funds.

I carried out the transaction with Android electrum wallet, the RBF box is checked in the parameters but when I carried out the transaction I did not choose it is an rbf I rather choose no. this is my mistake ? all the funds in my wallet are on the same address and therefore when I try the RBF I am told insufficient funds
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / transaction stuck in the mempool on: April 01, 2021, 03:00:53 AM
please have anyone experienced this situation ?, I chose 10sat / byte and I see transactions of 10sat / bytes, 9sat / bytes and even lower being included in blocks but mine is ignored for 2 days now. I am only observing the mempool but I do not understand anything about my case, someone has already experienced this.
