I received a payment yesterday in the amount of .02btc bringing my credited amount to .12btc out of 1.5btc initial investment

I received a PM from BTC-Arbs last night or yesterday afternoon giving me a time frame for first payment. I have posted a few times about lack of communication so I figured it was only right to post that he did in fact respond to me. For those that haven't heard back yet I first contacted him at the end of May so it may take awhile but he does respond.

I sent one email on May 30 and one PM about a month later, then sent another PM only when he asked on this thread for new BTC-e addresses from anyone that used BTC-e as the old ones were no longer valid. I have sat here and watched numerous people get contacted and some partially or totally refunded that were not in contact with him until after I was.. I have watched people with higher balances and lower balances get contacted and/or paid... I'm not bombarding anyone with PMs or emails.. Just posting on here as many others have done in hopes that maybe something will come of it and my 1.5btc will show up

Still no response to my PM or email... It is going on 2 full months since I first made contact...

Also please acknowledge my email or PM that have been in your possession since the end of MAY... It is beyond frustrating to watch people that contacted you after the first wave of us get responses and refunds while my PM and email go unanswered.. I haven't flooded your inbox or emailed you even once except the first time.. I have been polite in all communications and there is no reason why you couldn't acknowledge them... I am owed only 1.5btc so by no means am I a large investor but it is an amount that I would like back...

I emailed on 5/30 and PM'ed a couple of weeks ago since it seemed that PMs were getting a look more frequently. I am closely associated with another member on this site that contacted you after I did and he has been contacted back. I would like some form of acknowledgement that you have received my communications. I have posted here only twice about this and sent only one email and one PM... This seems to be a case of the squeaky wheel getting the oil but I have done my best to wait patiently...

My account was nnkaceryan my initial deposits were 1.0btc on march 14th and .5btc a day or so later.. Please review my email and acknowledge it's receipt. That is all I am requesting, if it takes months to get the btc back so be it but I want to know that the process has started for me...

I would be happy for now if we got a simple acknowledgement email from the admin stating that our emails have been received and request is being processed.. 

Still no response to my email... I am on the spreadsheet just waiting.. Patiently for now but that grows thin as time passes....

I have been lurking on this thread since the beginning.. I deposited 1.5 BTC on 3/14/14 and have accrued roughly .7 BTC in interest before the bottom fell out... I made an offer to the admin via the email @whoisguard listed above and through a support ticket to send me my 1.5 BTC back and chalk the rest up to a lesson learned.. We shall see how it works out..
