1  Bitcoin / Mining support / Can someone please help me with an Antminer problem. on: May 08, 2014, 04:23:06 AM
First of all running windows 7 on a Toshiba satellite laptop using bfgminer and 3 U2 antminers. Ok so here's the problem I dont have a usb strip I am just using the three usb ports on my laptop. I can get two of my ant miners to mine but not the third one. Its a problem with the port not with the miner because it doesnt matter what miner I put in that port. The miner is shown in device manager however not as its own separate device.  I have Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM3), and Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM8), however when I look at Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM3) it lists COM3 and COM7 under device functions. Its COM7 that wont show up in bfgminer. Have no idea what to do here any help is appreciated.
