I tried the newest driver and nothing so I used the -clkernel 0 command.  Mining now at 95 mh/s effective.  Thank you for you help.

Ok I'm lost and very new to mining.  I downloaded the latest version of PhoenixMiner followed the readme.txt and I keep getting an error that restarts the miner.
