1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Altcoins and it’s potential 21 (Drop Names) on: November 05, 2021, 12:50:09 PM
crypto has been growing rapidly and taking over fiat, even some banks now accept crypto.
In general they are some crypto currencies with huge potentials that we might have good chances of making a lot from them or its ecosystem I
Please add some cool coins to the list and mention it's cool future I'm here to learn.
Aside from bitcoin and eth, I would back DOT everyday of the week. I've hold Polkadot for a long time and I can say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever done. Speaking of Polkadot, I'm so excited for Polkastream to come out! It's a project related to Polkadot Network. It's a crypto project with an intelligently-monetized live and on demand streaming platform. I'd definitely would want to use their platform as soon as it is ready.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot or Binance Smart Chain? on: November 05, 2021, 12:37:15 PM
I will choose polkadot then BSC, because of the developer if BSC is gavin wood. And the uses case for DeFi is more in polkadot then BSC. It will take time to create fulky functional system but dot will made it in the end.
"

I agree. And Polkadot pretty much have interesting Parachains. I'm actually looking forward for this project called "Polkastream". it's a one-stop-shop streaming platform backed with Crypto utility. I'm very excited for the project to finish its preparation. I'm sure this will be big!
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is coin or token burning? on: August 26, 2021, 06:06:44 PM
There are many of us who do not know what is burning coins or tokens, so I will highlight the details for them today.
Coin or token burning is the removal or burning of a coin from its total supply.  We can call coin burning the amount of coins that will be removed from the total supply of a coin. The main purpose of burning all coins is to reduce the amount of coins.
Suppose you burn ltc coins, now suppose LTC has a total supply of 100000000, now if you want to burn 20% coins of this project, they can burn coins slowly.

Coin burn results:
The result of burning coins is that they will reduce the amount of coins from the supply.  As a result, the supply of that coin will decrease and the price of the coin will increase. We all know that 50% of the bnb coins were burned.  And as a result, the price of bnb coins is much higher now.

Ditto on that. Burning is literally reducing coins to increase profit. Platforms like Defi Magic https://bsc.defimagic.io/#/ is a burning utility token ecosystem. They also have high staking incentives and Liquidity Generator. It's one of the best Crypto Projects I have invested in so far.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi dead? on: August 26, 2021, 05:58:51 PM
Is DeFi dead?

This will encapsulate roughly 90% of the money in crypto.

Let's look at what DeFi is supposed to offer:
 • Decentralized exchanges (DEXs) - Effectively banned.
 • Stablecoins - to be replaced by CBDCs
 • Lending platforms - Effectively banned or no different than banks.
 • "Wrapped" bitcoins (WBTC) - still around, but limited utility.
 • Prediction markets - are there any? Will likely be regulated as a security, in near future.

Is DeFi dead? What good is it anymore? What utility will altcoins like ADA even offer?

It certainly seems like it will be in the US and Europe if residents don't make their voices heard to stop imminent crypto legislation.

Defi is not dead. Decentralized Finance continues its technological growth and evolution. Most NFT and Gaming Platforms are Defi. It will continue to thrive and dominate crypto world. Projects like Defi Magic https://bsc.defimagic.io/#/ is absolutely green. It has relevant use-cases and staking incentives which we absolutely love. Not all projects will moon but that doesn't mean Defi is dead in general. There are hidden gems like this one and it is only a matter of time before this gets popular.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful what you choose to invest in now, not all coins will recover. on: August 26, 2021, 05:47:36 PM
The popular opinion now is buy the coins that are down, and when the market recovers that you'll be in profit. While that saying is correct but that doesn't go for all coins. Don't go buying every coins you see losing value just because you think when the market bounces up, they'll follow. Majority are losing value because people are seeing them for what they truly are which are just a waste of investment and time, also a ticking time bomb waiting to explosed.

The memes you all are rushing to buy today most probably will die with this market and won't be much of a sort after coin when the next bull run comes same goes for the Defi, NFT, launchpad projects you're all rushing to get them cheap not knowing you're buying a waste. Choose wisely, follow up the project. See if their developers are working on something or just hiding behind the now popular saying, the market is unfavorable.

Project with visions uses the bear market to build as they'll be getting less distracted with the whole when moon or when binance question for those not listed there yet. The current market situation present an opportunity to research properly and invest wisely, take notes.

Ditto on that. DYOR is a basic step every trader should do before investing in any crypto project. Make sure that the project is green, have plenty of rewards and has relevant use-cases in today's time. With that said, make sure to diversify to minimize the risk of losing all your money. I invest in multiple coins and my personal favorite is Defi Magic Tokens. https://bsc.defimagic.io/#/. I love staking in their platform.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the most bullish altcoin of the week? on: August 26, 2021, 05:19:43 PM
I have felt this week with lots of hope as the entire cryptocurrency market is on a bullish look and ethereum doing a 5% rise in the late hour of yesterday and at the moment selling for $3,254 which

Is still and good price with many expecting next next altcoin season. what are your recommended altcoins or defi token to invest in for quick profits at the moment.

If you are looking for a quick profit, I highly recommend Defi Magic. https://bsc.defimagic.io/#/. It is a great Defi Project with great Staking incentives and awesome NFTs. I would rank them No. 1 in terms of staking.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: August 26, 2021, 05:10:38 PM
I was looking at staking my ethereum. The interest rate seems good and I found BlockFi.com which seems to be around 10% (not guaranteed rate though). Is there a risk of losing coins and is staking recommended? For Ethereum, which site pays the highest APR and is the most reliable/safest?

Thanks!

Staking is a lucrative investment. There is little risk since staking means holding the token. My go-to Staking Platform is Defi Magic. Their APR, APY, yield is absolutely green and it is a great project. I recommend you check it out.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: August 26, 2021, 04:50:00 PM
I've seen several times that every altcoins doubles the price in a single day which means every coin or token has its opportunity to boom. IF BTC price does down they drop but suddenly they skyrocket by the next day itself, it's pretty hard to judge which coin might pump for the next day. Is there any specific website which might help me to identify? Kindly share your thoughts.

-- Everybody spread FUDs and say all altcoins are just pump and dump. Like bro that was bitcoin when it started. I agree that most altcoins have great potential and they are less expensive than bitcoin. My personal favorite is Defi Magic. Their staking and yield is absolutely lucrative!
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden Gems? on: August 26, 2021, 04:38:03 PM

The Public Sale is happening soon, and they are getting a lot of media coverage, both written and on youtube.

What are your thoughts on this?
What are your hidden gems?

My hidden gem is Defi Magic. It's a lucrative endeavor and Their staking and yield are absolutely green. The best Defi Project IMO. https://bsc.defimagic.io/#/
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin high fees on: April 22, 2021, 01:09:01 PM

Binance fees are very high compare with others. Coinbase might be the cheapest. I transfer my bitcoin from coinbase and it charged only $1.5
Answer:

Using coinbase was the biggest mistake I made. Lol. They do hide their fees in the spread and one time I got my account locked for 3 weeks. Thankfully, it got resolved after so much complaining. I'm using Netcoins and they only charge 'BTC' => 0.0005.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: April 22, 2021, 12:59:38 PM
It takes guts to invest in bitcoin or crypto in general. So if you're not ready to risk it, then you're not cut out for bitcoin. Besides, bitcoin is just one of the many coins in the crypto world.

Check out Netcoins.ca if you want to know more about the basics of Crypto and how to profit from your crypto investments.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Controls Crypto? on: April 21, 2021, 12:57:44 PM
Ok so there are people who say that crypto is decentralized and cannot be controlled by the government. How can this be true when the government can shut down the companies or networks where you are able to buy, sell, or send crypto?

------------ One reason that Bitcoin is so tenacious is that it is a globally distributed phenomenon. The vast majority of mining takes place outside of the US in China and central Asia. But the vast majority of Bitcoin holders and buyers appear to be US and EU entities, and the software’s core developers and node-runners (who host Bitcoin’s servers) are scattered throughout the world. The most important person in Bitcoin—its inventor—is no longer relevant, and could even be dead.

Even if a government took control of a majority of the Bitcoin hash rate, this doesn’t enable them to change the Bitcoin consensus rules or print more Bitcoin or steal anyone’s holdings. The worst they could do is use their power to mine new versions of Bitcoin (which, in the case of BCH or BSV, has failed spectacularly), or burn billions of dollars to temporarily damage the network in what’s called a “51% attack.”

They can try seizing my account but good luck with that I'm using Netcoins.ca. It's hard to hack. lol
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC and Illuminatis on: April 20, 2021, 11:48:31 AM
I have read many conspiracy theories and watched so many videos on YouTube that says Bitcoin is created by so called 'elites' and illuminaties are behind this.
I have always rejected them as someone's figment if imagination.
Recently I read thisRothschild Invest $60 Million into Crypto
I am also aware that Rothschild family is associated with illuminaties, that made me believe some of theories that BTC is actually created and promotes by illuminaties to achieve their goal of creating new world order.
--- Wow, this is a shocker. Well, regardless if it's true or not, I guess the reason why we invest in bitcoin is all about the money. I don't care if the founders were as you think that they are. I'm not practicing their religion anyway and I'm just here to hodl and sell bitcoins in Netcoins.ca. (which is the best crypto exchange platform here in Canada, I must say). Unless it is the religion they are selling and trading then that is a different story. But it is not so what gives? lol. I'm more worried about candlestick charts than this topic that will not profit any one of us here.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Your Bitcoin Wallet Be Hacked? How Can You Secure It? on: April 19, 2021, 01:35:37 PM
One question a lot of people are asking is whether your Bitcoin wallet can be hacked or not - well, can it? And is there a way to secure these funds?

Well, it really depends on a lot of factors. You should take into account what crypto platform, and what type of wallet was used to get a definite answer. Also, carelessness and hackers should be considered factors too. I can't say much because here in Canada, Netcoins.ca is a very safe and well-regulated exchange platform and I've never heard of any accounts getting hacked or never experienced it myself while using them. I guess you could say that choosing the right platform, lessens the risk of your money being stolen or hacked.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is falling down. Is it the end for it? on: April 19, 2021, 01:19:43 PM

Is it really the end of the Bitcoin rally or it’s just a pause before another storm? Let’s try to figure it out.
Highly unlikely.

Bitcoin is currently most popular crypto currency right now.

Although it doesn't have much of real life implementation or usage it's still a crypto contenders for future.

The community is active, it's technology is growing and improving at steady pace. Recent lightning implementation could give a push over its strength against new ico or competing coins.

The crypto space has got a lot of attraction from high profile investors and I recon there would be massive investments in research and further development in crypto currency space.

Bitcoin will definitely benefit from that. But if you are too worried, you can go a different route and invest in different coins. What i do is that I buy 60% in BTC, 30% in ETH, 10% in XRP. That way, it's not a total loss if ever that happens. I buy stocks at Netcoins.ca for they have cheaper rates and lower spreads.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you say you made money if you never actally sell your coins? on: April 17, 2021, 12:46:06 PM
Should you hodl forever?  Does everyone have a price?  What is yours?   Huh

----- Bruh. Investing doesn't mean to hodl forever. It means to hodl for a certain period until you are guaranteed a bigger profit. For example, if you are holding a land property, and you continue holding it, let's say 20 years; Question, Are you earning money? of course! Time is Money. The longer you hodl the property, the more their value increases over time. Same concept with crypto. I'm using Netcoins because it is a safe crypto platform and I've been hodling my bitcoin ever since and I've been checking the right time and price to sell them. I'm not earning from it now but in the future, I will.
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I stake bitcoin? on: April 16, 2021, 09:11:16 AM
There are few types staking platform such as cold/private wallets, staking-as-a-service, DeFi staking.

But the there's no well known platform to stake bitcoin, do you guys know where I can stake bitcoin?

So far, I found Binance and SnapBots as the best. If you ever staked on both of the platform, kindly gave your reviews below!?

-- Depends on what you're looking for. Netcoins for convenience and safety, Binance for best prices IMO. Netcoins is nice and easy to use. They have limit orders and a decent UI. The spread isn't the greatest (compared to newton) but netcoins allows etransfer. Also if you use a referal you gain up to 60$ between you and referee. I like it mostly for instant etransfers. I buy btc on netcoins then transfer it to binance. I also sell btc on netcoins when I want some cad back. Canadian crypto exchanges have a bad rep so I'm hesitant to leave any money on other Canadian exchanges.  Roll Eyes
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "COIN"- Coinbase IPO- Opens today- Thoughts? on: April 15, 2021, 03:36:00 PM
Will there be a Coinbase crypto that eventually becomes available on various exchanges?

it is possible in the future. Who knows? but Coinbase might not be allowed to do business in Canada due to regulations, not worth taking a risk with any other company. Netcoins management are advisors to the securities commission in Canada. Netcoins is the way to Canada for me.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for Holders! on: April 14, 2021, 01:37:44 PM
BITCOIN is for Hodlers
Not for weak hands
(I had read it somewhere, can't remember right now)
I couldn't agree more!!! haha. This is a great time for all of us. I'm glad I bought btc here and there thru Netcoins (the only exchange i trust in Canada) before the ATH!  Let's HODL all the way! eh?
