Has anyone else heard back from Cointerra since or received their refunds? I've been waiting since April as well. I've heard from Amith Nirgunarthy when they were offering the hosted mining contracts but nothing since then  Embarrassed

I have a similar problem.

Requested for a refund on the 20th of March from cointerra and was told that they would need 2-4 weeks to process the refund. Customer service replies from a "John" were quick so I suspected nothing at the time. 4 weeks later asked again for an update and was told that there would be a slight delay with refunds due to a queue and there was no further indication of an expected time frame for this.

Now since then 6 weeks+ in and 10 more emails later I've had no further replies from them, they've ignored all my emails.

I am very frustrated and have been exceedingly patient with this appalling company. I have dealt with kncminer, BFL in the past regarding order updates and RMA and this has to be my worst experience so far. Even BFL was better and that is saying something.

I hope that cointerra will get my refund processed soon as I am getting increasingly desperate. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY from this company. If there are any customer service reps available on this forum I hope you will get in touch as soon as possible as I am eager to resolve this without pursuing legal options.
