Looks like the site is down now. Super cool project, would love to have a go. Seems like some huge bounties. Page says: "Python 2.5 is no longer available. Please refer to https://goo.gl/aESk5L for more information."

This is awesome! Not sure why I didn't see this earlier. I appreciate you mentioning SporeStack.
I have a few thoughts.
For the SSH keys, a quick helpful thing might be to do add a regex filter so that the field shows up as incorrect unless it begins with "ssh-" (regex validation can be done in HTML pretty easily). For SporeStack I have server side validation of the key.
I do think it helps to have the key attach as a file drop down next to eachother. Feel free to copy that over from SporeStack's web launcher if you like. The code isn't great but has worked fine for me so far.
If you want, I recently launched affiliate with SporeStack and you can charge a cut above the normal rate. So if you wanted to offer control panels, etc, on top, you could have all of the payment handled with SporeStack for the 3ish, 4ish, cryptos and not have to worry about that. Your website is probably a lot easier than most. Might be an option for offering Torified servers if you are having some demand there.
I'll go ahead and add a link to Xitheon under my pricing page. Will register and try to get your affiliate working. I think this is going to be great for people wanting control panels, remote desktop access, Windows, etc. I don't offer anything like that out of the box.

Would you consider adding CORS headrs to your API?
|
|
|
Do you have an API with CORS headers set to allow all?

Lots of changes to the web launcher. Would appreciate any feedback you may have.

Settlement tokens are back. If you want to prepay and have a token that lets you build/topup servers from a balance, just let me know. This way you don't have to make a transaction per server if you don't want to. This is the codebase if you are curious.

Tor Browser 9 issue has been worked around. The canvas bug where you couldn't see QR codes on Tor Browser has also been fixed by switching to an HTML table based QR generator. So back in business . Clearnet double mixerTor double mixer

The receiving mixer stage is broken in Tor Browser 9 when using the doublemix....onion Hidden Service. what the mean is that? This means that if you are using Tor Browser 9 and use the onion mirror of the website, the "Receiving Mix Letter Of Guarantee" field will be empty. So, instead of sending to the address on that field, which then sends the output to the Final Mix address, you must send the coins directly to the Final Mix address. Normally: 1. You send BTC to receiving mix. 2. Receiving mix send BTC to final mix. 3. Final mix sends BTC to your output address. With this issue: 1. You send BTC to final mix. 2. Final mix sends BTC to your output address. 1 Less step. I appreciate your reply. If you do that, there's no reason to use DoubleMixer as it would just be a single mix. Hopefully the bug will be fixed though. If you're not on Tor Browser 9 you should be okay. You can also use the clearnet site ( https://doublemixer.github.io) from Tor Browser and it will work fine. Bug report is here: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/32255I'm working with Bitmix to see if we can find a workaround.

I'd like to announce an affiliate / referral program for Double Mixer. It's very straight forward. Just send people to: https://doublemixer.github.io/#ref=(your bitcoin address) and/or: http://doublemixwcfx4wadeuvuygpxej5jpu7uleesh3yptopnbj5kshnlrid.onion/#ref=(your bitcoin address) For more information, see here. There's even a referral URL generator to make things easier.

Nice to see a potentially competent clone of SporeStack with slightly cheaper prices, too. Edit: I've posted my thoughts on BitVPS here. It may be a better bet for many than SporeStack.

Hi!
I'm what you could call a power-user of FoxMixer (used various others before). By chance I stumbled across your project while browsing through this forum and I decided to have a closer look. I'm not a programmer so I like that it'S damn simple to just enter the address and boom: everything else is done for you and the letters of guarantees are downloaded. Good job! It's not that I will now always use two mixers but it's good to have the choice. Just wondering why this project is so hidden. This should also be featured on other bitcoin sites IMHO. - Excellent work!
Yeah, FoxMixer is pretty great. I've found their team to be extremely responsive getting back to me. BitMix has also been responsive, helps earn trust that way for sure. Agreed, double mixing is often overkill, I just wanted to make it a bit easier and have more discussion of the concepts. It's kind of a working proof of concept. Thank you!! I very much appreciate what you said.

Alright, finally got this done! https://doublemixer.github.iohttp://doublemixwcfx4wadeuvuygpxej5jpu7uleesh3yptopnbj5kshnlrid.onion/ Live with double mixing. Please let me know how it works out for you. Obviously, please audit the code, make sure you don't send too much or too little (read the minimums/maximums in the guarantees), validate the signatures, etc. Thanks for BitMix and for Foxmixer for both enabling CORS headers to make this possible. If you connect to the .onion, the upstream mixer's .onions will be used for connecting to their API. If you use clearnet, that's obviously not the case. Lastly, one major update on doublemixer-python. It now uses a local Tor SOCKS proxy and the corresponding Hidden Services by default. This is not just a good strategy to reduce the chances of using a mixer that might be a bad actor, it is also a good strategy to reduce the chances that a single mixer service might have an exploit that are being tapped by authorities and that this mixer services are not even aware of the exploit. I use the mixer service in my signature, because I have been using it for years without any problems and when I want to shift funds between my wallets and I want to obscure the link between them, then I use more than one mixer service. Or what about this, use JoinMarket, Wasabi, and Samourai/Whirpool altogether to make sure of a good mix. No need to surrender custody of your coins. Totally agree with you, that could be a much better solution. This is more of a quick-and-dirty setup. What is nice is that it's much simpler technically and maybe less wrong to go that way, but still lots of trust required since you need to trust both mixers at least not eat your coins.
