Team and founders get 12%, while charity fund gets 2%. That is all you need to know about this project I suppose. I mean if the idea was to create something that would make money for me, I would not look for something that is looking to give it away for charity, if I was looking to help with charity, I wouldn't be looking for something that would be trying to make a profit for the creators neither.
This project with its idea is dead, there is nothing that could be done with this that would help the people, it is totally useless as it is because there is nothing that would be beneficial when you pay 12% to creators and only 2% to charity while still trying to make a profit for yourself at the same time. Create a token that basically will be sold as much as possible for charity, let people donate, and if they do, give 100% of that to charity and that's it, that's all you can do.
What you miss is every transfer %1 of the transfer goes to charity wallet. This %2 is the beginning fund.
