1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] WitLink - Fake Team on: April 19, 2021, 04:59:07 PM
We had a marketing service who took 8k from us per " famous endorsement" they lied and scammed us once we found out it was from cameo we were all pissed. Oh we didn't control what anyone said we were lied to and ripped off. But I disagree many companies crypto/non crypto related have had endorsements like that.  Also in regards to the partners the web design team was out of asia and they put rubbish like that on there and I told them to take that down and they left it there as "place holders" we are NOT Affiliated in any partnership with those companies. The updated site however does have the real partners.
Fair enough, I guess that could have happened.

Problem is, exactly the same excuse has been used so many times before by a bunch of scam projects each and every time they got caught for something; whether it was incompetent team member who forgot to include reference links in the whitepaper, or simply lazy developer who used placeholder images for team members. Point is, it was always someone else's fault so even if sometimes that's really the (very rare) case and project didn't intend to scam anyone but were victims themselves, no one on this forum will belive it.

I agree with you on that, and I 100% respect you guys trying to clean up the market and set standards. The market has been tough but we have persisted and there have been bumps on the road,  we have gotten burnt many times, but we have kept it moving forward and also are looking into how to dive into the NFT space, and just to be clear, we haven't taken a dime from outside investment and we have been self funded.

Aquaintel had Hilton Chairman Rick Hilton, ex Apple Executive Chuck goldman on advisory board with me and it failed? so Rick Hilton of Hilton Hotels and Chuck Goldman are scammers too? idiots..
Care to explain in which capacity BDAM partnered with Amazon, IBM, Google Microsoft, Samsung and other top tier companies that you mentioned as your "strategic partners"?

About all those people sending their support videos that you shared on your website, is it just a coincidence that absolutely all of them are selling them on Cameo?

First of all if you know anything about the start up world, start ups can fail.... second of all you think one advisor determines the success of a project? and not the team? or the market conditions? Advisory does not equate to success.

This is exactly my point, every single one of the strat-ups you were assigned as an advisor has failed, but you have failed to advise investors about that. Since nobody is forcibly appointing you to them it simply means you've bet on the loser team five times in a row, so why would that change now?

Just to be clear I appreciate you performing your civic duty to protect the community, I support that 100%.

You're free to open a reputation topic on your exchange coin project whatever that is and defend it there and tell us how facts are opinion, not facts.
If indeed you are the man you claim to be and if indeed this project is using your name without your consent you can divert your energy on making that known in public and prevent others from falling into another scam.

As for the rest of your mumbo jumbo, I couldn't care less.
And an INNER city business with a revenue of 1 million a year is not going to impress anyone on this forum.

@Rikafip
Just lol...

This is 100% incorrect and defamation. I am not involved or affiliated in any way to this project. So stop spreading BS. There are people using my picture without my consent. and BDAM is in no way a scam moron https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D27zhl7nEvk&ab_channel=bdamcoin

You have been involved as an advisor for 5 projects, there of them died without issuing any coins and two of them died in the ICO phase.
As for BDAM, anyone would call a scam a coin that doesn't exist and a team that alters its so-called roadmap every month:

First of all if you know anything about the start up world, start ups can fail.... second of all you think one advisor determines the success of a project? and not the team? or the market conditions? Advisory does not equate to success. Third of all the start ups I advised were largely in 2017-2018 when the market was down and a lot of start ups in the space failed because of the market dip and quite frankly teams which weren't willing to take advice and burnt through their private seed investments on development alone, to a point where they didn't have enough to even do a ICO or some cases enter the market. Lastly the idea that you think that during one of the most historic economically devastating events (pandemic) would not force a company to pivot to survive is hilarious and show cases you're lacking knowledge in entrepreneurship and business in general. When literally every business, big or small has pivoted why can't a company which is self funded mind it's own business and do what it needs to do to be competitive? Also BDAM is not a coin company, its a financial ecosystem. The coin was a small part but we decided to focus on building infrastructure and decentralization.  BDAM is completely self funded we didn't ask a dime from anyone. check yourself and come correct.

Don't throw your opinions around as facts and try to defame people without having any clue or context on the facts. I said it once and I will say it again I have nothing to do with this witlink garbage. I have never endorsed or posted anything about such a project. So stop the bullshit.

Just to be clear I appreciate you performing your civic duty to protect the community, I support that 100%. But I am not going to promote defamation of myself or my company on baseless claims If I didn't care I wouldn't comment but I do care and I am happy to have a conversation. So again if you don't know ASK, don't make up opinionated statements and push them as facts..

Yes, I agree. All these images from their team are fake AI-generated images that can easily be detected by artefacts and distorted backgrounds.
I noticed Jaian Cuttari as their advisor who was involved in many scam and defunct projects. His photo, though extensively altered and mutilated for reasons unknown, is probably the only true one on the website.
