What else is new with the coin? Any news?
If all remains quiet and things go back to normal, we hope to announce a few things starting next week. There are several developments going on at the same time but no media or public announcement in the past few weeks due to the situation. Fingers crossed... Can you give us some hints,

ISR is disabled on Bittrex. What's going on?
I think they are doing some kind of wallets maintenance - so I read in their news page. Aug 2nd From: Richie Wallets infrastructure under mandatory Azure maintenance As we alluded to last night, Azure has a maintenance window starting at 20:00 PDT that will affect all our wallet servers. We expect wallet servers to be up and down most of the night, including the bitcoin wallets. We will try to minimize downtime, but it will take some time for us to bring things back up clean and audited.

Fucking zionist-jew scum coin. Take this filthy shit off the forums.
Your opinion may be fallen on ears in other forums, but this is the wrong forum for political agenda. No one here cares about your opinion of Israel. Go ahead and mine some HamasCoin, HezbollahCoin, SISICoin, PLOCoin, GazaCoin, IranCoin, Septenber11Coin, BenLadinCoin and HalalCoin. Leave us alone, we will manage without you. Have a wonderful weekend.

Today the Israels are doing the same things to the Palestinian people that Nazis were doing to the Jews in the 1930-40s Germany.
I wouldn't want anything to do with this coin. Why would you create a coin with the purpose of supporting a nation state that discriminates ethnic/religious groups?
I'd rather burn my money than invest in this coin.
this is not a political arena, there are other places for that. I'll buy from you all your ISRs

Hi everyone, I just want to tell you that I'm very happy with the progress of the air-drop. Since I've registered, the ISRs are sent to my wallet every week. I'm confident with the management, all on schedule as promised.

Improving our communications is key and we try to learn from your feedback. Therefor and in contrast to our usual approach of only speaking after things are actually done and ready to go, we would like to give you a glimpse to something we are working on and is still a bit raw:
We can now tell you that the first Isracoin ATM in Israel is being contracted for. There is no ETA yet, although it may very well be just a matter of a couple of weeks and we will be doing our best to accomplish that.
One thing of note regarding the ATM, is that besides letting people buy ISR through it with Fiat, we are also working on making it an actual Airdrop kiosk, in order to significantly broaden our Airdrop reach into the general public. This is new. This is big. This can make a huge impact for the adoption of Isracoin in Israel.
There's more happening behind the scenes and we will provide information as soon as we can.
Stay tuned.
Good news indeed... The ATM - for cash only or credit card as well? And a follow-up question - I assume that the ATM will be located in Tel-Aviv, But about 1\2 of the population in Israel lives beyond Gedera-Hedera. If the ATM accepts credit cards, can't the concept be extended to use desk-top computers or mobile?

Hi all,
We have soft-launched our Local Isracoin service in Israel. This is a Hebrew website based on HTML5 responsive design, aimed at the non-crypto public who wants to buy/sell ISR using local Fiat for face-to-face trading. The system is location based and allows the two parties of the trade to communicate and set the terms and location for the trade. We will most likely get some TV exposure for this and hopefully it will become the #1 go-to place for people in Israel to trade their coins. This may also affect the online exchanges, as traders will most likely use their bitcoins to buy at an exchange and sell into the local market in Fiat.
There is more to come and we will update soon.
One more step in the right direction. Wishing you good luck in it's implementation. Your success is mine too. Yossi(k)

somebody told me that all your orphan coins end up living in refugee coin camps with a big firewall around them!!!!! If there was a table full of these coins wwjd ? Would he overturn them because they support apartheid ? Would he make a scourge of power cords and whip your computers? Or would he buy atheist coins because he is about as real a Zues?
Get life man, and why are you wasting your energy for nothing? My grandmother told me once - If you have nothing good to say, say nothing! And she was right (as usual ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) What the hell ISR has in common with apartheid? This is a crypto coin forum and not a place for political debate platform. And who is that 'somebody told me that...' you're full of it! Name that person, I would like to know too..and perhaps, get wiser.

Thanks for the fast respond ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Hi ISRcoin Team - I have a few questions:
1. If a business in the US wants to take ISR coin for payment. Does it qualify for business airdrop? 2. Beside c-cex.com for ISR to Fiat, is there another option? 3. Is there a hardware based terminal that business can use? (CoinKite), BitPay - No hardware option that I know of.
The airdrop is for Israeli based businesses only. As best we know, there aren't other Fiat exchanges with ISR and of course we would love to be in more of them and have tried to make that happen, but it is not easy. Any help from our community on the matter would be most appreciated. There is no hardware terminal as yet. We would be very interested in CoinKite for example, but we may not yet qualify under all their requirements. Part of our plan further down the line, if and when the value of the coin increases significantly (for argument sake $1/ISR) is to get into coinKite and then give businesses the option to use their 500 ISR to get a coinKite terminal both as a POS and as a local exchange venue to buy Isracoin with Israeli fiat. Thanks for the fast respond ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I think that Isracoin team is moving in the right direction. I do have some reservation regarding the paste. But I understand that it takes time to establish the infrastructure that will be a solid base for the future. So far, Isracoin managed to be on time with the millstones that they've set. Me, like many others, somewhat disappointed that the value dropped, but recently it start to recover (market-cap).

So far about 130 businesses have registered and a few dozens have gone through the verification process. We are still working on verifying the other businesses. This process still needs refining and work and we are also working on assembling a team to deal with it and push it forward.
Wouldn't it be helpful to have the list posted and to periodically update it as new businesses are added? You don't get it really? Don't you see that all the latest updates were just walls of text with no names numbers nothing? Empty promises! Nation coins experiment and hype is over. I do think that with time there will be a list. Give it sometime. I was also wandering why they did not publish the names, Talking with some of my friends, I've found that there are currently procedure regarding the privacy and the authentication. In other words - they are trying to avoid fraud and I'm tipping my hat to them on that action. Once it is resolved, there will be a list, and I hope that it will happen soon. Keep in mined that it takes time to establish solid foundations. After all, this phase I just started and rolling (slowly, if I may add) and in parallel phase II is kicking in.

where is the DEV? Will MHYC die? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Never mine the dev.... One of the pools operator - http://mhyc.suvpool.comran away with my coins... His site is down for more than 70 hours and there is no way to reach him. I think that it is a dead coin - punp&run kinda' thing. I had found few 10's of blocks and they are all up in smoke!!!

Anyone has a problem with - http://mhyc.suvpool.com ? Well, I do, and wonder if I'm the only one. So, here is my problem: The short story - my account was locked and there is no way to communicate with the pool operator!!! The long story... Before installing my wallet I started with the account creation at : http://mhyc.suvpool.comI start mining before I had my wallet address available. The mining was fine without any problem and stated accumulating coins. Now, after resolving few technical issues with my wallet, I went back to 'edit account' trying to add the newly created address. I entered the address, I entered the pin I got a message that the pin is incorrect. I used a pin number that there is no way in the world that I could ever forget. I did noticed also that there was a message on the top saying that the pool has a temporary issue. After mining for 48 hours I tried again to update my address. I was kicked out to the login screen. I loged-in and there was a message saying that the account was locked and that I should get a mail with instruction to unlock it. BUT, following that I got a message: "There was a problem sending your message. Please try again" And another message: "We are investigating issues in the backend. Your Shares are safe...." bla, bla, bla. So, I'm calling from this forum for the pool operator and coin dev to contact me ASAP! to resolve this issue. I'll report here in few hours about the progress (or not). In the meanwhile, I urge everyone to stay away from this pool! An update... No resolution yet! The pool owner nor the coin founder contact me... Update. One more day passed and I did not hear anything from http://mhyc.suvpool.comMy account is locked and I want my coins... the pool operator does not does, not response. And the 'contact us' does nor work due to 'Problem in the backend' And it is going on for more than 3 days! So my advice to you - stay away from http://mhyc.suvpool.comThere is no one there to help you!!!

Wawwoooo! Now the shit hits the fan ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Regardless, I'm a Isracoin believer and wish you good luck - your success is mine too. What I do not like is throwing garbage at each other. There is room for many virtual coins in Israel 25 billion shekels in the gray/black/white market that is waiting for you (Isracoin and Israbit) The problem is marketing and ease of use. Come-up with a solution and every one will be a winner. I do not give a shit what is your profit as long as I can use it like shekels or a credit card. And if I may add another comment regarding phase II airdrop The verification process via Facebook is a joke. I'll never disclose my info for 1$ - give me a break

The way I see it, the smart argument is not even between the main developer is a scammer or not. It's obvious he's not: no scammer will ever put so much time and effort to develop all the software and technology behind a scam. If I was a scammer I'd just quickly give coins away, quickly hype up the unaware public and sell million as soon as the first spike starts building up. Done. I'm rich. See ya all later.
The (non-trolling, smart) argument is whether the dev has a POTENTIAL to scam through the current, temporary, centralisation. Yes he does. In that way you could say he's like a bank CEO, granted. At the moment: he did express desire to decentralise and, to be honest, I'd rather trust an engineer and a fellow nerd who knows what it's like to work for everyone's benefit rather than a spoiled bank CEO whose only job is to keep rich people rich.
sorry but again this is not the main issue, the main issue is the misleading of the Israeli bitcoin community after the 6 founders (most of them from the Israeli bitcoin community) together agreed to make a multi sig and than after a month Dan refuses and lost the trust of the team. but this was long ago, its a real shame that nobody let you guys know. the other problem is by misleading you guys by not telling you that the second phase was a colossal fail and no firm accepted Isracoin. the thing you should ask yourself is why didn't you know about all that and thought that everything is ok when most of the Isracoin team and the Israeli community have long left the ship. the american guy behave and try to treat the public and the community like an asshole. the problem is distrust in the guy that hold now the 400M coins, this is the reason that there will probably be a true Israeli coin soon. I'm listening, what else can you tell us? And what about the promise of exchanging (for free) israbit for istacoin? If there are plans to kick in a new israeli coin, then why is it so secretive? If it is all true, it should be in the open and not just bits and pieces here and there... Let them (israbit) open a web site and spread their manifest and agenda. As a side-note, if you want to convey your message, you should change the tone of your voice. You sound more like a rebel than a businessman - that may be a helpful advice to you.
