Is there any setgenerate true equivalent  command needed to start solo mining for Icebargcoin wallet?

I start mine with litecoin then move to dogecoin then vertcoin then ultracoin then darkcoin...... well i am tired. Its long list. Only jpc return me coin in terms of electricity bill right now. I am mining it, experimenting it(My hidden dream is mine solo and find super jackpot block). I like others first just mine n them dump. Later i start to see whatever the dumping it still maintain its price level. I don't know about mintpal as i don't visit there. But in bittrex it shows a support level very strong. I then start to buy n sell stuff(Sell in big price and buy in cheap). In one day i make 18 usd worth from this activity(I am tiny miny miner). I then start to buy n now staking. Reason behind this coin support is when u r not selling its sit on ur wallet n give u return good money(Its interest is good than other POS coin) and reason of its ups n downs is it is miners dream coin. Old miner mine n buy. New miner sell it as soon as he get it and then when he get older he start to buy. Thats presently going one I belive.

Now I see arguing behind the premine and calculation. All seems right in order(the calculation). Thing is I have no problem against dev's premine if his effort is good. I would like to see a rich dev who can invest back to his coin rather a poor one who cry always to community for need of donation.

My simple thought without any far reaching thinking is I am mining it and happy with it and very happy with the super fast transaction time. I may start to sell my service for it but crypto community is not interest in service. So not advertising it.

I think Zimstake is going to get on Mintpal first for sure, JPC is going nowhere. JPC for the lose. 15sats by the weekend!

I believe u r the pool owner of hash@me. Never see any negative comment about jackpot from u. that's by following last 20-30 page. Wondering what got into u.

have 77mh/s. Want to solo mining. Any advice?

Solo mining is basically mining to your wallet.  Look on the first page for how to set up the jackpot.conf file.  I'd suggest setting your rpcallowip to 127.0.0.1 if you're mining on the same machine as wallet, or 192.168.1.* if you trust your lan security and will be using multiple rigs.  make sure you have a proper user and password too, I've heard of people losing their funds due to poor security on their wallet with rcp.  Also, it's not worth solo mining, even with 77mh at this point.  Join a pool with low fees.  https://www.minep.it/pool/jpc/ has a great ui, great performance, and 0.75% fee.

Hi
I try solo mining for sometime but it seems gtx 780 has other thing in its mind. Speed just drop. I am now mining at www.minep.it. The return is good so far or I say in same like dwarf pool but what worries me the luck of this pool. I am really confused of this pool. In one hand the luck it is getting is terrible. See the last 5 block finding stat:

295,601    KaevurMati            6/24 3:04:05 AM    1132.60% (65,799,332)
294,707    liomojo                    6/23 11:41:48 PM    498.98% (25,118,000)
294,388    crazybean                    6/23 10:24:11 PM    15.98% (657,616)
294,383    liomojo                    6/23 10:22:49 PM    136.35% (5,544,968)
294,312    23430502DDS33    6/23 10:05:52 PM    1020.30% (53,366,016)

Only one block under 100% and most strange thing is I am getting same reward what I can get from other pool or specially dwarf pool.

Thanks
Rony

Doing solo mining with my hash(80 Mh/s) and 3 blocks in less than in 24 hour. I see when I post my solo mining result it generally get decrease but still posting( Grin).

The massive sell walls are so silly.  Especially at 10 sats above current market price.  They'll only sell when the price begins to rise again and likely for much less than listing them near the next price peak.  Not to mention you're missing out on all that sweet minting.  Hell, I only have 16 million JPC, and I minted 15.8k yesterday (that's all the confirms, no orphans in that number).  I only have a 750ti and a 660 ti to mine with so that puts me at about 10mh/s.  That made me 21k yesterday.  I just bought more JPC today too.  Given how much more power efficient minting is, I have no idea why more people aren't doing it.  You only need to hold coins for 24 hours on this coin before they start earning stake weight.

Hi
How to see the stake weight or possible know I am minting. I am trying with 200000. If see it is minting will increase. But not sure if I am doing right. In next 5-6 hour my 24 hour timeline will be complete. I read that there is no surety that I will receive coin in 24 hour(some need weeks) but that is okay. I would just want to be sure that my wallet is minting.
Thanks
Ront

If your wallet has a password, it must be unlocked to stake. As long as you're connected to the network and your wallet isn't out of sync, it's all automatic. Some blocks will be orphans (not confirmed) some will be good. I've heard CPU power comes into effect with PoS, but I'm also mining on this computer and it only has a single core celeron, so anyone should be fine hardware wise.

Good luck!
Hi
Wallet has no password. Its unlock wallet button not click able or disabled. So it should be okay.
Thanks

When a coin price start to decrease then lots of discussion go on. I see that on vtc thread, drk thread and utc thread it was near epic and I did not look but same thing should going on cryopto thread. My saying is this no coin is come here to make you rich exclusively. You can become bag holder n one day rich or you can not. Just spend a coin as it is coin. Jackpot has one of good feature and that is gambling. There will be always one buyer and to all who think its jackpot duty to make them rich well rude news is its not. So give it a rest and go on with your life.

Crap coins are best for that...  Good coins that break some new ground deserve better, and you take it personally when people argue against dumping it?

I took a bath on this coin dumping more than 10 mil at 2sat, but that doesn't mean it isn't still a good coin. I still have millions and I don't ever plan on making any serious money off this coin...  that boat sailed. Smiley

And gamblers don't bet in .0000004 increments that much... in a couple more weeks to two months the amount you can mine and stake will not be any amount reasonable to bet with and reap any rewards.

The price will rise, because demand will outstrip supply, you just have to be patient.

Past performance is not always an indicator of future performance, but when the coin rose to 28, and then back down to 11 for more than a week was that the end of the coin as well?

Those holding a coin that passes out 80 million new coins at a time aren't doing it to get rich (well maybe a few).

I am against of dumping. Its not the way with the coin. But in crypto world where no regulation there and no support for coins its inevitable. In my understanding what should be a coin's first purpose is it to be exchangeable for any material as paper currency does. But I don't see it. I don't see it for 99% coin. crypto is volatile as no regulatory here but still community should try to make campaign for making it acceptable for various service(not listed in exchange). But what all want is USD. People will mine crypto, write about crypto but still go back to USD. But if there is service that start to take digital coins then this trend will decrease. I am a web developer and listed my business in VTC semi official list. I get job for my team from real world and neck deep on it but not one mail from crypto world. So tell me how digital coin will advance? I am bit fed up on when price decrease shit start. Everybody suggest things, also lot of name calling. This spread more fear. So I would suggest chill out. No need to fear. If u have lots of BTC you can easily manipulate market(recent pump n dump style. very good example is "CryptCoin"). If u not have that then dump it and stay away safe.

I'd rather not have Jackpotcoin added to Coinwarz... it just seems to attract pump and dumpers when it's most profitable which doesn't create a healthy community around the coin.

Right now I'd say the community is pretty good, I'd hate to see this coin turned into a mine-for-an-hour-then-dump coin.

Have you seen the number of people listing their daily coin mining and dropping the price 10% every day for the last two weeks?

What do you mean you want to avoid it? It blows right now, but that is exactly what this coin has been since it hit 80 sat.

Need the number of people dumping their 100k jpc to go away so it dries up the market... we are now heading below the previous plateau that was the all time high... which is good for people still looking to buy, but until the majority are back to buy-and-hold status or there is some serious buying pressure from gambling/retail sales I don't see this turning around soon.

People need to be in the coin for what it can do, not what it made them yesterday.

It's tough but I'll try bro, and JPC may be down a little, but it's not out yet. Wink

To make up for the brief downtime earlier today Hash@Me fees have been reduced to 0%, come mine with us for free hopefully we will win the jackpot for a third time. It's getting big again now, 16.8 million JPC! Smiley

Looks like the main 3 Gh/s miner in your pool has ran away.....

Yep, sucks. Need more miners now. Sad

Just a little side note for everybody else, If you read the wall of text above, you will then realise that multipooled mining is not exactly the same as single pool mining, that is why when you try to compare your earnings based off a daily cut, they will never compete, but if you calculate them based of a weekly cut, I feel you will be pleasantly surprised.

I am putting a lot of effort into this pool to ensure that the coding if of the highest standard and so are the people that I working in conjunction with.

If people have a little faith then I can assure you they will have great success with the pool! This pool is not a simple setup and run, it has been hand made from the bottom up.

Hi
Will u consider adding "Groestl" algo. I am killing it right now lol. miners who moaned over huge power consumption of r9 290 and less hash in x11 its thing for them. My r9 290 hashing 13+ Mh/s(no overclock) and 280x doing 11+ Mh/s. So my single r9 290 is basically far greater hashing power combine of 4 750ti as 750ti hash 3 Mh/s in this algo. so here one r9 290=4 750ti. Not know present speed of 750ti on it but last I check I get only 2.5 Mh/s though they list it as 3 Mh/s. And it takes even less power than x11.

Thanks

Hey, I'm shocked by my return on multipule.

I have a 4 * 280х and 4*270х on my X11 is a common hash 21MH / s reading on multipule swim from 16 to 25 MH / s

and I got 24 of my mountain?

Shift End    Your Shares / Pool Shares    Percent of Pool Shares    Avg. Hashrate    UTC Paid    Status
June 13, 2014   185 / 10306              1.7972                    8.78 MH/s   236.29603949  UTC Paid

This is ridiculous. When I get the production line 500-600 UTC 24 hours of mining.

On the screen a farm with 4 * 280х cards. See what works without errors.

Something is wrong here. I got 3 times less than the UTC direct extraction. I am forced to return to direct production. although I love the X11. Cards almost cold.

Barbados,

Your hashrate is going up down left and right yes, BUT, the hashrate is not what decides your payout, this is what most people do not understand. Your hashrate is calculated based of the amount of shares that have been submitted to the server in 30 minutes. Due to network delays and you being from russia, you might not submit a share for 1 minute, but then submit 6 the next minute. You still get paid equally for that.

The average hashrates on the website were only just recently fixed up, there was an issue with the calculation. So check it now and see what it says.

Apart from that, it is accurate, you only submitted 185 shares in that 24 hour window which is 1.8% of the total tools shares, so If you want to do that calculations, 1.8% of the total utc made by the pool is exactly what you got paid out.

The thing with mining x11 is that your GPU's are dead cold. This means they are not in anyway being utilised as hard as any other algorithms AND their life span will dramatically be increased because of it. On a side note, Because they are not being utilised as hard as other algorithms, you are drawing up to 60% less power than mining Scrypt, If you are also using the lasybear or ltcrabbit kernel, you are saving up to 50% on the power but just got a 30%hashrate increase... So yes, Whilst you are NOT getting that extra 300 UTC a day, you are NOT using that extra 50% power or affecting your cards lifespan.

By all means, if you want more UTC, feel free to mine at the UTC pool, but this multi-pool is not a direct replacement for the UTC pool, its an alternative that allows people with asics to mine scrypt and people who don't want to burn their card up in 6 months to mine x11.

Over time the profitability will increase, but for now we can't do anything if people just jump on the boat for 5 hours then realise they only got paid 100UTC for it. It's not how that cookie crumbles, Multipools are designed to payout evenly over the duration of a week, this prevents people from pool hopping and only mining when it is most profitable. Overall, you will make more profit on the multi pool, but you may not make more UTC. You just use less resources mining the UTC you get, therefore the more profit.

Contact me should you have any further concerns about this.

PS. What is your UTC address so I can check your stats.

Hi

I was mining with 32 MH/s for start and then have little difficulty make the system stable. Lets say system is down for avg 1o min for first 3-4 hour. Also bit up n down mid of the shift as I add some card(I start when shift started). When shift end get 502 UTC and my avg hash shows 25 Mh/s that time(when I add three card more my speed reach to 38-39 MH/s). Now I see that this 25 Mh/s is now 18 MH/s in my statistics(why is that. a 32 Mh/s system shows 25 MH/s okay by taking the ups n downs but 18 Mh/s).

At present I am hashing 27 MH/s as reduce some card and avg speed showing okay and today I am expecting good result. My question or objection on a matter where u says miners will not get same utc if they do mine directly UTC. U seems forget the objective of multipool mining. Objective of multipool mining is provide the best profit to the miner by mining other coin and give them the coin they want. Its not charity or some other thing happening here. I don't even check if u take any fee or not. But take the FEE and do what is needed to be done to be on profit margin. When miners do mine they spend money on electricity bill and depreciation cost of their hardware+their time  and if someone live hot country they have run AC to cool their rig(I am doing that). So its not child's play. I am a web developer and I get 17 USD/hr for my task and I spend 10000 USD so far in mining I am not even making 10 USD a day. I don't even calculate now what I earn each day from mining. Becomes bag holder. Still I spend some of time here as its a make me feel good to work with hardware. But wasting is not an option. Plz think on that.

BTW your chat option was really nice as getting help quicker. I like your system really. People generally thinks what is working is good and forget to makes things nice. Your web interface is also nice and mobile friendly. Great work on it.

Thanks
Rony

I am getting 14 Mh/s from my tri-x r9 290 on 1080 gpu clock but for better stability fall back to its reference clock. getting 11+ now. In r9 270 Non X I am getting 6+ Mh/s on 1050 gpu clock. But most exciting thing is I am doing solo mining and my 2 rig point on one wallet and speed of 2 rig combined is 52 Mh/s(I swear I will make it 5 Mh/s more. Just tired). In this speed in pool mining I should get 1600 coin and I already found 3 block in first 7 Hour. Been lucky. Hope luck will remain but also fun on setup(No specific tutorial for GroestlCoin. I set it up based on litecoin. Fun is there). Happy mining.

Is anybody solo mining? I am testing it and hashpersec shows "0" though my 3 gpu running together at 24 Mh/s.

In all the Bitcoin derivatives I know, hasherpersec refers to the wallet's internal CPU miner only. The wallet cannot know how fast the GPUs are hashing. Even pools can only estimate the hashrate based on the frequency of shares. So for mining calculations, you need to manually add up your actual hashrate.

Thanks man.

Happened that many miners switched to X11, and new miner boosted hash for 50% and more. I had 47MH/s, now I have 68MH/s. Count that every serious miner did software upgrade, and we have 50% more hash now than we had 7 days ago with same HW.

i did not even update lol. I was still mining at 2.5 mh per r9 290. Damn.

Update n u will be surprised. But AMD is behind the game(Unless some serious update done on mining software. It seems AMD card full potential is not used yet). My cheap GTX 750 ti gives 2.1 Mh/s and My r9 290 gives 3.6 Mh/s and their price and electricity consumption is huge difference. I am going to add some gtx 750ti. I believe with GTX 750 ti its still bit profitable to mine X11(It is not as though much left to mine. lol). I have not count electricity consumption of GTX 750 TI but what I see from MSi afterburner seems to me 35-40w(shows 75% power usage).
