Does anyone that has 10+ Tb could tell me how much BURST he earns a day ?

I'm 66TB in V2 Pool.

My stats after 10/6 ( block = 5987 )

~11600 Burst per day.

What would be a 2 TB external hdd profit ? How long can i make ROI.
The project seems to be interesting

newbies ....

Hi

I'm getting ~5300 Burst per month per TB in V2 pool with the current difficulty.

2 TB ~127000 Burst in 12 months ~ 0.08395 Btc today ~ 20 € in 12 months.

ROI much greater than 12 months  Sad

I am using Blago's miner and just hopped over to burst.ninja to try after being on the V2 pool for months.  I have been noticing some of my "sent DL's" are not coming back as "confirmed DL's" .  And they are usually the best deadlines that are not coming back confirmed.  Randomly every few blocks this is happening and its not because of a quick block change as there is a fair amount of time after the last sent (minutes sometimes) before the next block begins.

Any thoughts?

I also use Blago in V2, I tried burst.ninja few times, I also had this problem.
V2 continues for now still be more profitable than burst.ninja at least for large miners

What is the problem here in BURST.NINJA ?

All my computers fail to confirm DL in simultaneously after block 59545.

Thanks

Mine have been doing this for awhile now, don't know what caused it.

Thank you for your confirmation.
I could not be sure if the pool was processing my Nonces.
I was not in Current Shares and Miners Responded were less. Were about 40. Usually 65-75
For now returned to V2Pool.
With 66TB is much to lose Nonces with problem in the pool.

also, sometimes may have the crashes  Smiley
PM to me screnshots

Hi,
Nice update.

I use V2 Pool.
I'm testing with this new version.
I am using:

"InfoAddr", "178.62.39.204"
"Infoport": 8121,

"UseLog" : true,
"UseCleanMem" : true,
"ShowWinner" : true,
"SkipBadPlots" : true

It's okay, but does not appear the winner information.

Is the pool that does not have this function, or "InfoAddr" and "Infoport" are different ?

Thanks.

If you will run 4x 3TB drives, what's the cheapest cpu would you suggest? -- I'm asking these because my ATOM 4GB (max) wasn't able to catch up (130sec+) before new block comes in, and my i7 x79 is a bit overkill for 24/7.

Athlon X4? Core2Duo / Pentium 2core?

Thanks

My computers has the following times:

Pentium G860 3Ghz  ( 3x 3TB ) 49s each

I7-920 ( 5x 4TB ) 53s each

I5-4670 3,4Ghz ( 6x 4TB )  44s each

I7-4770K ( 3x 5TB ) 46s each

if you are running atom on linux ok..
if you are running windows, i think 4GB are not enough...

I Running Windows 8.1 in all PCs

For large scale burst miners, can you recommend pool? Like 200TB... solo was doing ok, but lets try options?

It has been unstable lately but uray's SG pool was by far the very best for larger miner; I'm waiting for the day it returns to it's full glory.

For now I have almost 100tb on devs v2 pool. It pays my the best right now and very regularly. Before I was on crow's burst.ga but it really didn'tpaid off as I thought, sadly.

Would be fun to see how a 200tb-miner would do on devs pool. The use of deadlines therr pays off nicely for larger miners, that I know atleast.

How much are you earning per day with 100TB on devs v2 pool ?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.5 on: December 10, 2014, 07:42:21 PM
5 Blocks in the Last 24h with 84TB

I have 60TB an NO block till now. Only when using pools. I guess something is wrong with the network of my local wallet.

I have 42TB Last 7 days 9 blocks in solo ( 0-3-1-1-0-4-0) - Blago miner
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.5 on: November 29, 2014, 04:02:12 PM
And on a somewhat different note......

I've become intrigued by burst and have been mining successfully with a few tb for a few days at uray's pool & at burst.ga.  Both work well for me.
There are just a few other pools out there some of which have different plotting requirements, so before I get down and plot out a full 10 tb, I was hoping someone might be able to summarize some of the differences between the pools.

u might want to keep a look out on this pool http://cryptomining.farm , they are giving out 1.2 million burst share among all miner when it hit 500 miner which estimated to reach in less than 2 weeks. They are one of the fastest growing pool and would probably be the biggest pool in about a month or 2

I think instead of number of miners they should consider size of plots IMO.
It's the size of plots which makes the pool efficient not the number of miners with small space.
Just my 2 BURST!

for someone has create 10-30account
but, have small plots file/account

i will update deadline limit to < 30 day
bonus will payout when top 1-500 miner can get shares

http://cryptomining.farm does not work well 6K burst in 24 hours with 40 TB plots.  Angry Angry Angry Angry
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.5 on: November 26, 2014, 05:44:52 PM
i´m at solo for a week now, but yesterday is was also my badest day. only one block in 24h..... normally i found 4...

Hi bobafett,

Are you using the pocminer in the OP? I too am trying to run solo but I have had memory problems with the java miner (out of memory for the java heap space). Are you running one instance of the miner per harddrive or do you have another setup that works better? i'd be glad to know if you would like to share a bit about your setup!

I´m using the newest blago miner. pocminer reads all plot files at the same time, what overloads my box. blago reads each file after the other. so in my opinion its the best miner at the moment if you have more than one plot file.
that is incorrect.  blago's miner is multi-threaded and will read all drives simultaneously

I have run blago's miner in solo and my average discovered blocks is 1 or 2 a day.
I've noticed when I switch to the V2 pool and discovered blocks are average 3 or 4 a day.
Do not know why the difference !!!
I have 34 TB of plots.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.5 on: November 14, 2014, 07:20:29 PM
i will give the pool from cryptomining now a try.

My Stats at the moment

30TB Plots, all Optimized.

24h on Uray US pool: 7800 Burst
24h on Urays SG poll: 6200 Burst

now just switched to cryptomining. more tomorrow.

so again 24h are over.

got from crytoming within 24h 5800 Burst.

24h is somewhat on a shorter side duration to come to any conclusion in my opinion.
I have tested Uray's SG & US pools + solo for 1 week each with 2x 30 TB & found out that Uray's SG pool is the best & can get almost same number of coins as solo may be +/- 10% but that's not much. I guess you should give atleast few days to come to a conclusion.

My plots are not optimized & they are made up of 16k stagger size with 8,00,000 nonce (~195 GB each plot & 18 such plots on 4 TB WD Purple HDDs Mining with Blago's latest miner)

Edit : I make ~11-12k coins per 30 TB / day on SG pools constantly for past 2 weeks now. May be the issue is with the optimization & that's why I haven't touched it after reading some weird experiences of other users with optimization tool.

I have also 30TB, in solo last 30 days i make 12970 Burst/day (average).  Not optimized.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | New version 1.1.2 on: September 26, 2014, 06:58:34 PM
I also have the same problem.
Windows 8.1 64Bits

@Uray and @Blago:

Guys obviously I have some regional issue with connecting the remote IP using R3/R4 Uray's miners such an issue I have with the Blago's miner:

My settings at R4 miner in the conf file are:

 {
    "poolUrl" : "burstpool.ddns.net",
    "submissionMaxDelay" : 30,
    "submissionMaxRetry" : 3,
    "socketTimeout" : 60,
    "maxBufferSizeMB" : 2048,
    "plots" :
    [
       "D:\\BURST\\gpuPlotGenerator-bin-win-x86-2.1.1\\plots"
   ]
 }

It doesn't matter if I set buffersize 64 / 2048 / 4096.. Also doesn't matter if I set port (8124 for DDNS pool) or not (80 port). I tried with firewall absolutely OFF- same situation.
I have different account on other PCs with different IPs and location , the accounts are for both Uray's pools - same issue.
Let me show you some screenshots:

I'm still using JAVA miner without any issue , but I have to start different miner for every single HDD ploted...

I think there is something wrong with the new pool.

My shares went down from 107 to 101 on http://178.62.39.204:8121/shares. I guess this is not how it is meant to be.  Cry

yeah they're trying to stole your shares, they stopped payout for 3h ago...
stay away

i think it is works fine, pool only pays you when it find the block and you submit the shares on that block, i got the pay one hour ago, and no payout in these time, may be pool can not find the block as frequently as we thought, still have lots of people continue to solo , lots of they have 10+TB or 20+TB,and even have 40TB+, they can compete with the pool

I'm watching this current block, there are users with less shares that minutes ago.
Can someone tell me why?
