I did realise there support is very bad. I told them that I can upload any documents but they keep repeating the same message

Hope someone can help me. I lost my phone and I don’t have my google authentication to login to yobit account. Unfortunately I kept my private key on the phone too. I sent few messages to yobit but they are not helpful at all. See the reply I always get. Just wondering what’s the best way to get access to my account again.
