I've been reading the forum for a while now, and figured it was time to set signed up.

I have very modest hardware to work with, so I'm not getting Bitcoin rich by mining (and I do not expect that I will). Mining is fun (and fun to watch). It's also an excuse to tweak and upgrade my machines to see what I can get out of them.

I'm as interested in the social and economic (as well as clandestine) uses of Bitcoins. Not sure where it's all headed, but it's interesting to be along for the ride.
