Your company must be transparent, and explain everything you are doing. If it's not bitcoin-related, go to kickstarter, and if yes, try and get your company on Havelock Investments or Cryptostocks.. Thank you I have opened up new companies and websites - I'm familiar with them. Yes, without a doubt, the transparency of the company. The same thing has happened to me. I've been having an issue with two-factor authentication for the past two weeks, and no one has been willing to at least reply to my support requests/emails. I had a support chat function on my dashboard, so I decided to use it. As soon as I submitted a question, that support chat function mysteriously disappeared. They are holding a decent amount of my bitcoin for no reason. While I won't outright say that BTCJam is a scam, I will say that it is a very shady operation. I hate being ignored and told to "f*ck off", especially when my money is involved. It's people like these that are stifling bitcoins success around the world.
