I’ve been waiting since earlier but seems like it keeps getting pushed back further and further.
How can you see this, e. g. on blockchain.com? Is there a position or something? Nothing happening with my transaction either. The fees were insane, and now this. Never had this before, but I only use Bitcoins from time to time. Probably the last time for now...

Would be much appreciated. 🙏

Anyone, PLEASE? I've already increased the fee, but still nothing's happening...

Okay, thank you, I'll look into it.

Do you have access to your old account on there too? Is there a chance you didn't withdraw everything?

If they're a small company, they could've emailed you a receipt that'll contain a breakdown of the fees you paid.

Sure I have access, I'm using the same account I used in 2019. Here's the transaction in question:

I definitely sent everything I had bought.

And this is a similar transaction from 2019:

Here I also bought €100 worth of BTC, but when I sent them to my wallet, I received €82. Does it seem normal that I received just €60 now? Are the fees so much higher?

Sorry if I posted on the wrong board.

Hi,

So, here's the deal: It's been almost 2 years since my last Bitcoin transactions, back then I used to buy Bitcoins to pay for stuff from time to time and didn't have any problems. And now have I bought my BTC at the same site I was using 2 years ago, https://kriptomat.io/, then I transferred them to my Electrum wallet. I bought BTC for €100, the Kriptomat fee was something around €5, so up until that moment everything looked the way I knew it, and I was expecting around €95 worth of BTC to be transferred to my wallet. However, what I eventually received was just 0.00138782 BTC (around €60 right after the transaction and €65 when I made my payment a few days later). Could someone have a look at the transaction and tell me what exactly happened:
eb9f13cd1942fc004dfde6dc13f85351427b5148828408d4beb26ebcdb5c228d Huh

I'm seeing a fee of 0.00022275 BTC (around €10), which is already way higher than the fees I paid 2 years ago. But if this was the fee, I should have still received around €85, not €60-65?! Obviously, now I'm afraid to buy more and do it the same way, because it would be nonsense to make a loss of 30% every time I buy some BTC.
By the way, the fee for the second transaction that I did from my Electrum wallet was just €0.81 (I set it manually).

Thank you.

This is not the transaction I'm talking about, this is the current one that I'm hoping to be accelerated.

It would be amazing if someone could help me out here:

And while I'm at it, maybe someone can clarify something that I don't understand. I have to say it's been almost 2 years since my last Bitcoin transactions, plus I'm not an expert (and I didn't need to be for what I used it for). But I chose exactly the same procedure as back then: I bought my BTC at https://kriptomat.io/, then I transferred them to my Electrum wallet. I bought for €100, the Kriptomat fee was something around €5, so I was expecting €95 worth of BTC to be transferred to my wallet. However, what I eventually received was just 0.00138782 BTC (around €60-65, it changes all the time). Could someone have a look at the transaction and tell me what exactly happened:
