Sorry...one more. Which is the best way to send transactions? ETA? Mempool? or static?

Under History I have a transaction of .25 and .1 totalling .34. Both have green checkmarks....

Hello. I am super new. I have a COLDCARD wallet and downloaded Electrum on my desktop. I moved a very small amount of BTC from my Shakepay account through Electrum to my COLDCARD offline Micro SD. I was doing it to test that I could figure it out without risking more. I managed to get it signed and transferred back to Electrum to Broadcast. When I went to Broadcast the FINAL file I got the error message that "mem pool min fee not met". I expect this is because the amount was so small (.35mBTC).
So now Electrum shows it on the Send tab Status UNPAID. Now what?
Can I transfer it back to an unsigned state and then add more mBTC to the balance somehow...or transfer it back to Shakepay...or...??
I would appreciate some assistance or articles to read to help educate me.
