Hello, I share the problem that is happening with my T17, if someone can help me, I will thank you, since I am a rookie with this.
At first when you turn on, the main panel it indicates "socket connect failed connection refused" but after a while it normalizes and it seems that it would start to work but the hash does not raise.
The machine indicates 0 hash but the green led flashes normally. Another behavior that strikes me is that the power supply does not raise the tension.

The machine has 2 hashboard . I have already tried to update the bitmain firmware and it behaves the same.

Hello, I share the problem that is happening with my S9, if someone can help me, I will thank you, since I am a rookie with this.
After a shutdown from the power supply cable, one of the 3 boards has stopped working properly. After this event I tried to restart the machine 3 more times to see if it returned to normal, but this board did not work again. The last thing I did is remove this board and leave the other two working normally. I would like to know if it has happened to any of you and if it is a hardware problem or can be solved in another way. Any information I will be grateful to you.
