I'm not sure though if Binance USA also has a P2P* trading but you can search for it.
Some buyers there have a note on their respective post stating they are looking for a bulk amount of buy. No need to do meetups here and you can select your preferred payment method. And since it's Binance, somehow you can assure that everything is escrowed properly. Of course, do your best to follow and understand the instructions.
