Than i try login and withdrawal rest but my account is block for KYC.(also email on picture)
After that Im try many time, send all what you want, chat but cloudbet always respond with we back when finish... pass few years, than i complain here first time and you go away for 4 years

I sent documents several times, there is no investigation, it's account where 1.7 BTC left in 2015 when it was around $300 and in 2017 they alow me withdraw 0.2 BTC (I withdrawal it to check if it would arrive) and after that they blocked the login and aks for all possible documents and when they realized that everything is correct they always send the same email that they will let me know when the investigation is end. They simply don't want to pay because they are scammers.

Last time may 2018, after that i think that cloudbet is scammer and lose all hope I can take my btc back.
I try search "cloudbet problem", find this forum but only complain without answer (early 2018).
In the meantime i receive many promo mail from cloudbet and now again make search and see that @cloudbet is active here after april 2018 but i make search feb 2018.
Hi never answer, 2015 this was around 300$ now is 85.000$ and that is problem i think he don`t want pay this.

i have problem with cloudbet, i play there 2015 and forgot that i have BTC on account.

December 2017 i receive mail from cloudbet that i have bitcoin on account login and find 1.4BTC (see picture) make 0.2 btc withdrawal and receive.

After that i try again withdrawal but he cancel my withdrawal, disable me to login (wrong password) and ask document. I send him all what he ask many time but he never answer or verify my account and allow me to login and withdrawal BTC.
He decide to take my BTC with "never do verification way"
