Account type is BASIC, verified with phone number. They let me deposit 0.1455 BCH, and after that they disabled my account, and I cannot trade, generate new address or withdraw my coins.

ePay, please don't allow directories faucets to be listed on the rotator and the list. It's getting out of hand. By directories faucets I mean faucet.com/faucet1, faucet.com/faucet2, faucet.com/faucet3 and so on.

Payments to users should be made via ePay.info or faucetHUB on reached threshold. Users will be able to create ads with satoshis from their balances and from deposits. I don't know how deposits should be implemented, thats up to you.

I will help you a little. siizo was not giving payouts from: 03:30 to 04:00 07:30 to 08:00 13:00 to 13:30 16:00 to 16:30 17:00 to 17:30 19:30 to 20:00 Keep in mind that I have disabled API 2-3 times today, because I caught it on time. I am getting pretty tired to check if my faucet is stuck or not. I like ePay, and just want to see this major problem getting fixed once and for all. EDIT: By the way you are missing class or something where it says Refferal. It was working before showing a red tag. Now it's just a text on white background.  EDIT: my faucets are stuck right now  It's 20:32. I will disable API, and then enable it again to get them to work. As always... |

Epay, your 30min. send limits does not work properly. Sometimes it gets stuck, and it misses 30 min. to 1 hour with no payments. Please check the code again. It's been 1 month.
Hi It was fixed , but if you are saying so we'll check again  It was not fixed. I can tell you hour by hour, when my faucet missed a window. I can even tell by looking at the today chart. It goes from 6:30 to 7:30. Missed 2-3 30 minhtes windows today. One time I caught it at :10 and manually reseted the api. This seems to fix it temporary. |

Hi ePay team, great update and new look, feel and options.  Is the sponsored faucet placement still working? I have applied on Feb 4th and have not yet been added. I also paid and waiting from 4th feb. Epay if you do not want a lot of faucets in sponsored, raise the price. Do not make us wait for 2 weeks. |

Please fix the charts. Bring back the half-hour charts. When the 30 minutes safety limit is reached, sometimes it does not reset when it should. It skips 30 minutes window, and then resets. I have to manually disable the API, re-enable it, and now it starts to pay again until it breaks.
Edit: I don't know how the safety limits work behind the scenes, but maybe some timer is broken or there is conflict with the old way you did the limits before the change.
Hi We'll check this after today's update. Safety limits works exactly like how faucetbox used to work. I'll explain later They do! But sometimes I have no payments from lets say 14:00 to 14:30 or 17:30 to 18:00. It misses a window, and I don't know why. |

Epay you should really work overtime a couple of days and fix the website. It's full of bugs, and faucets stop working for several hours, because their send limits gets stuck.
