I see nothing wrong with LandDAO using Discord as their major community where users can communicate effectively. The team having community also on telegram is good but I don't think there is any need for that since the discord community has channels for different purposes. I am anticipating more updates from the team on the aspects of tokenization of lands and how investors can be part of this project maximizing land resources.

This sounds pretty interesting, and I also expect the team to work on growing their fanbase to a larger audience so they can have a bigger community as time goes on. The success of a project depends on the community size and participation in events organized by the project team.

I am hoping to see some community events that will bring new members like roles for active members, rewards for referrals and others, to grow the LandDAO online community.

Procuring a land is a good move by LandDAO, expanding the business atmosphere and attracting more investors to key in while expecting substantial return on investments. Every investor ought to be certain about where their investment is going and how the returns will look like in the future. Real estate businesses can be highly profitable, accumulating landed properties in well suitable environments where they can yield much profits within a limited time.

It can be in terms of digital currency registered on the blockchain to take records of every transaction so every investor can access there allocation. The top reasons why many investors tend to consider real world assets as an option is to make profits with minimal risk,  without taking part in the security and management of such asset.

You sound like someone that is into land sales with lots of experience. It seems interesting to know that you actually understood how this thing works and what Investors should be expecting after a period of time after putting their money in this kind of project. Investing in digital land ownership like the LandDAO is not really  not a new niche as we may say, all it requires is investing to get rewarded after specific time. It is like trading Gold digitally without even knowing how it looks like or the composition. Investors are after making profits only without taking any physical risks of what owning a land actually entails.

Tokenizing land ownership is not a new trend and I think the NFT market still worth some billions of dollars which i hope will appreciate with time as the price of cryptocurrency keeps surging. I still hope to involve myself in projects like this one where my investment can worth something reasonable within a speculated timeframe. I don't know how profitable this project could be  but I hope that it will be something worth investing, now that we are expecting the bull trend to fully function.

I think this is not only happening in Bangladesh but other part of the world. I have been seeing flood many regions and I think these was caused by high rain falls leading to heavy flood destroying houses and plantations. Conflicts everywhere and I think the world need to embrace peace again. Bad governments have been one of the major reasons why we have been seeing disasters and anger of the citizens leading to different conflicts.

If the government of every country would be serious about keep the world more greener, I think the possibility of this happening will be relinquished as soon as possible. Cut cut down trees everyday to make planks and beautify out homes and offices without even thinking of replanting these trees to reduce the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
We keep seeing disasters like Bush burning, volcano eruption, tornado, earth quakes, flood because og our inability to make sure that things are well regulated to prevent coming natural disasters that could create more problems to the world.

I think for cars below 2017 you may have to pay lesser based on the current tax band system.

So many persons had been contemplating about the halving that is going to make the price of Bitcoin to skyrocket but only should they keep in mind that Holding is what is going to make  it worth waiting. It might also take more time for the halving to take place which could be more than the 9 months you are expecting.

Reading this make me sick and maybe op might be right but that does not mean that all newbies are ignorant of the cryptocurrency market. This is just a community where you can decide or not to create an account and participate in the community building and sharing different opinions. Not everyone is interested in this so if a newbie gives his own opinion about the general aspect of investment and what it could entails, that should be seen based on there knowledge and experience the person has so far not on the rank or level in the community.

I am always skeptical why billionaires are always losing huge amount of money in days while people are suffering. Last time I read in a new that Elon Musk loses upto 4 billions in just few hours and the other time he made close or more than that in days. Money that would be very hard for an employee or middle class business owners to make in a year.

If we take a look on the news we will see that billionaires loses upto 2 trillions dollar last year and this January we had been hearing about several loses from some of the world billionaires.

Last year I heard that Jeff Bezos loses up to 80 billion dollars and Mark Zuckerberg also loses close to that amount which is enough to allivate poverty from a continent. The cause of their lose is best known to them but I think the funds should have been used to help the poor rather than allowing the money to vanish in a thin air.

I have seen so many programs fro the masses especially to aid those that are in need. Some of these aid organisations do seek for donations from individuals, companies that are ready to help with funds. When we have billionaires losing huge amount of money every year, why not they use those money to help the poor rather than losing them

I think you have a point here. France had so many chances to have scored more than 3 goals during the match but I am very surprised how the match ended 3-3 when so may opportunities had been lost. I am not surprised because everyone depend on Mbappe to score which shouldn't be so.
