Not at the moment but this may change in the future.

What price do you buy coins at?
We buy Bitcoins and Litecoins at the current exchange rate shown at these sites: (Bitcoin, Litecoin) at the time of processing your order, although we round up/down to the nearest whole pound (£) to avoid dealing with excess change.

Do you only buy coins for GBP (£) ?
We mainly buy coins for GBP (£) as it our first choice of currency because we use it everyday; but if you would like to receive another currency, simply select it via the order form.  
 
Please note choosing a currency other than GBP (£) will incur a commission fee due to exchange rates etc. at the time which will be paid for with the original GBP (£) you have purchased. This means you will receive less than the actual exchange rate for BTC/LTC should you choose a foreign currency.

Can anyone use this service?
Unfortunately not. Many countries don't allow money to be sent through their postal networks. Cryptocash and Royal Mail cannot accept liability for loss or damage to mail items containing money which are sent to these destinations:

Yes,* Depending on the destination country, (see above).
 
All money we send through the mail will be discreetly packaged and blend in with everyday mail, so no one has any reason to steal your mail.

Do you offer any kind of insurance?
Unfortunately we do not offer any kind of insurance but do provide our customers with tracking numbers for them to check the status of their mail once we have sent it.

Can I cancel an order and be refunded?
